Donut King Menai — Restaurant in Sydney

Went to this store and had the worst customer service experience. Wanted to know what was in the donut sundae and asked this staff member who didn’t look like he wanted to be there and didn’t even answer my questions. I kept asking and my questions were answered with a’ talking with a brick wallI’ answer. Finally another lady who claimed to be the manager answered his questions. I ordered 2 sundaes for $10 and asked the lady if that guy actually worked there. Her response was - Yes. Nothing else not even to ask if everything was alright. Then I asked her again if that guy was her staff and she’s said she was the manager. I said well he’s got some solid customer service issues and she went off at me saying she heard me ask about 3 times about what’s in the the sundae. I went back off at her saying even if I asked about 10x he should give me a proper answer with a smile! And just ironic how she has to answer for him when I was asking what was in the sundae. I come every Friday at 15:30 with my grandkids after school. The staff are always rude a I got used to that, but today they had absolutely no stock and that is the first time I have encountered that issue. When I tried to ask why there was no stock today, I couldn’t get an answer because the only counter staff member was on her mobile having a discussion or argument with someone. I went here on a Monday afternoon at 4:55 thinking they were open because on the website it says 5:30. I spoke to the guy and he said that they actually close at 4:45. I would usually give a place like this a 1 star rating but their vanilla thick shakes are the best thick shakes I have ever had and they are very reasonably priced. I wish I could have them everyday.
