Donut King Southlands Penrith — Restaurant in Sydney

HI all I was sitting in the donut king when the incident happened that Kirshan is referring too. Iam not in the habit of writing review but have to say that the incident that occurred from where I was sitting in the seatin area was very different.

This lady came and sat in the donut king with food from other shop and when approached by the staff said "go away im having a bad day". The staff member advised her that the area is for donut king customers and suggested 5 feet away there are seats for centre customers that she can sit at. The only real rudeness I witnessed was from the customer. The staff and owners were very patient and this customers excuse on atleast 3 occasions was " go away im having a bad day" having a bad day doesnt excuse bad behaviour.

I go to this donut king sometimes and out of all the donut kings and other franchise they are way better so maybe Krishan saw a snap shot of what happened. I had a front row seat and in this case need to defend the...

My son and I go everyday I work from home and both days of the weekend and have done so for years. The owners are the most lovely and amazing people and they give a level of personalised service that is not seen alot in business these days. Thank you and your staff for the amazing care you show. People reading this review help our local businesses who know how to provide a caring environment for the local community.

Go here everyday I'm working from home or at home, my son and I love the place and are always made to feel welcome. The place hasn't changed at all its still exceptional.

I was walking past here yesterday and witnessed a young women being told off for seating there having her lunch break. i would understand if it was busy, but it was dead, and this young woman dressed in her scrubs uniform was in her lunch break. Not only was told off rudely by the lady working there but after the worker walked away in came the manager or boss and started shouting at her. he shouted her to leave because she doesn’t pay rent of the shop. He shouted other things a well. idk if her was in a bad mood but this is no way to treat anyone. She ended up moving and while she was grabbing her stuff the manager/boss was still going on at her.
