Great coffee and food and i come here religiously, but you need to work on how you handle takeaway orders. You don't even take names or anything. I just waited for ages for my breakfast burger. Only reason i got my order was because i became impatient and started looking around then noticed it sitting on top of the coffee machine. I think the person who was handing out the orders wasn't quite vocal enough and then put it down and moved on. Need someone taking names and yelling out orders. People get bored while waiting and get distracted. I'm not going to hear some whispering "large latte 2 sugars yadayada" but I'll snap back into reality if i hear someone yell my name. The fact is that it is one day before Christmas so despite how a previous customer has treated you, working in hospitality means you go out of your way to make customers happy it doesn't matter how you feel you hide it and make everyone feel welcome
