customer service was rude, I ordered through hey you then when picking up coffee I saw some donuts then I ask if donuts was on hey you as I have credit on hey you to spend, and he answered rudely with “ I dont know” secondly I ask if I can scoop out an ice cream from my ice coffee’ I was barista myself I know it’s annoying but he had no other customer, there is no need to be rude ! he looks very unhappy and said you didn’t say no ice cream, ice coffee always comes with ice cream’ I was like yeah I know I forgot to put it on the note actually I did but I realised after putting the order through the note was gone as I added a food on the order after. anyway Ice latte which is ice coffee without ice cream is also not on the menu!you should add it there. Finally received my order after it was past the extended expected delivery time, only to find it was stone cold and the banana looked wrong. Having had amazing food from here previously (this specific dish a few times before) I gave the benefit of the doubt, but unsurprisingly the banana tasted off. I rang to tell them so they knew that i would request uber refund and to double check next time, and received a half hearted "don't know how that happened" style response. I would have been ok with that, however 5 mins later received a call back from them arguing with me that all banana is checked before it goes out and it's just caramelised.
