Fat Pizza Manoush (Halal) — Restaurant in Sydney

Dropped into this little family-run pizza place on my own the other night, wasn’t expecting much — just a quick feed. But honestly, this spot blew me away.

I was the only customer at the time, and even though the father and son running the place were clearly going through a tough time (their mum had just been taken to hospital with a broken shoulder and they were going back and forth to visit her), they still took the time to look after me like I was a regular.

They asked me exactly how I like my pizza cooked, threw in extra condiments (which you never get at most pizza shops), and made sure everything was spot on. You could tell they really cared, even with everything else going on.

And the peri peri pizza? Hands down one of the best feeds I’ve had in ages. Proper flavour, perfect crust, and just hit the spot. Demolished the pizza before I could even think to take a photo but here’s a picture of the free kebab they gave me.

1st time we tried this place on 23.6.22 Fast friendly service & great range of pizzas We ordered: 2 x family sized pizzas + 2 x saladas Supreme pizza: 5 stars - one of the best I've eaten Garlic Prawn pizza: Nice large prawns/dough but it tasted more like pesto/herb flavour than garlic, so not exactly what we preferred Garden/Greek salad: Nothing wow & expensive for the size - really wanted the fattoush salad but they don't make it anymore, so their online menu needs to be updated My younger sister told me they tried the Seafood pizza which wasn't good - I did see the toppings in-store & saw tiny sized canned looking mussels/shrimps/squid which didn't look appealing (guessing they're used for the Seafood pizza she didn't like) Overall great experience & recommend everyone try this out. For the past 2 years my husband has been coming here every now and then when we arnt bothered to cook and their is no other options, and every time he has been over charged or given less change, it may only be 2-8 dollars each time sometimes more but it adds up and in general its not okay, the pizzas never have sauce when we've asked and they're also quite stingy with the toppings. Genuinely fix your stuff man, make sure everything that goes out has what the customer has asked for and stop robbing people in broad daylight....
