This is the 2nd worst KFC in Sydney only out done by none other than the one down the road at Bankstown. Possible run by the same people. Every time I go to either of them in the evenings at random times and days they have run out of chicken 🤦🏽♂️ KFC running out of chicken 🤦🏽♂️
It's not the employees fault who are all children that ive witnessed cop abuse from customers for the extended wait times and then being told theres no chicken
Last time i was told to move to the drive thru waiting area which i did. Then almost every car that was behind also came and parked in the waiting area. There were 9 cars waiting for food. After 30 mins of trying to be patient with 2 young children in the car I called the store and the "manager" told me it will be another 20 mins.
Since i couldn't wake my son up to take him in I asked the manager to come out and explain to now almost a dozen cars why they're all waiting. He hung up Then some poor young teenager employee that looked very upset came out and delivered us our food we had now waited 40mins for. She apologised and told us the boss was screaming at everyone inside and that our family pack was missing stuff because they were out of stock again. Screaming at her Enough to make her cry
None of this was that kids fault.
Maybe Mr Manager with an Indian accent needs to either learn how to manage or move aside and let someone capable take over the store.
If we were 1st in the waiting bay and we had a fair few items mission I wonder what happened to car number 9

As my son and I were looking at what to order (2 mins) I looked up and realised no one was there, I then waited for about 2 minutes to see if anyone would come to serve but could here laughter from multiple people. At first said excuse me, first with a normal voice then by the 10th time…….. I was border line yelling HELLO… no one came… then finally someone showed up to say they were in the middle of a shift change. In the process my son was looking for somewhere to sit to eat, inside and outside were filthy. Tables were in need of a serious clean and in the process I ordered from a young girl that seemed that she didn’t want to be there! After getting it wrong and me having to explain carefully what I was ordering ( 2 x 3 piece box ) what’s happened to this new generation!? I paid then realised… nope I want out and just get my money back and I’ll go elsewhere. The manager then asked why and I said really! Look around the place is filthy, she replied it’s change over of which I said really all the table’s inside and outside… they look like they haven’t been cleaned for a while and btw there weren’t any customers inside the store or in drive through ( that should have raised a huge alarm bell!!). Anyway this post is for anyone considering to go there to think again as the service is horrible and questionable as the state of the store which made me ask for a refund as if they are lazy with the simple stuff then 100% the food isn’t going to get the best attention!!! Read moreFirstly ordered online. Cashier called initials and not what was specified in the KFC confirmation email. Gave her my identification and order number and to my disbelief she was pretty rude saying that they do not need this, and still called initials, to which as I understand the email does say to have id and the major problem here is, what exactly is stopping someone else taking an order to which was paid in full online? Especially if practises are not implemented or followed correctly.
Got home with the order only to find more disappointment to dampen the evening. Apart from the giant feast chicken being really oily and greasy, since when did a chicken have 8 legs 4 wings 2 thighs and a rib? If that was the case I would have asked for the head also. I cant believe that I did not check this before I left the store as then I would have seen and showed the staff first hand what quality is leaving the store. This is unbelievable and if you ask me a disappointment from our local. Coleslaw is slop and like soup but the good thing is the potato and gravy has to be the only edible thing in this order. Im really annoyed that I would return what I had brought and just asked for a refund, however because of covid pandemic and the long wait through drive in as well instore its really waste of petrol and time and a waste...
