I placed an order at 19:07 under the name Tom Le. l did review the uber driver but they didn't respond and there was no number on your website so l wasn't sure what to do l gave feedback to uber but they haven't gave me feedback and l place the order at 19:07 under the name tom le does this mean l get a refund on one of the drink cause l didn’t get any money back

This might be the best Gong Cha store I’ve been to! Drinks were made perfectly, and pearls were so nice & soft (as some other Gong Cha stores have slightly harder pearls). I tried Mango Smoothies because it seems popular from this store… and I loved it as it tasted like HK mango dessert 😍! On top of that, friendly service too 😊

Great tasting drinks and not so frugal with toppings. Definitely one of the better tasting Gong cha shops. Had the 3Js, Soy matcha/pearls and peach tea with basil seeds. All had the perfect amount of sweetness as requested and was prepared and delivered pretty quickly via Uber eats.

This might be the best Gong Cha store I’ve been to! Drinks were made perfectly, and pearls were so nice & soft (as some other Gong Cha stores have slightly harder pearls). I tried Mango Smoothies because it seems popular from this store… and I loved it as it tasted like HK mango dessert 😍! On top of that, friendly service too 😊

The service is really good all the workers are really nice and I can tell they were trained really good as the customer service is so good aswell as the drinks (taro milk tea my favourite). However the boss has an attitude as when I came in a couple months ago before with my mum to ask if they were hiring he turned me down because I wasnt asian and said they didn't need anymore workers even though there was a poster saying they were desperately hiring.
