Gong Cha Pacific Square — Restaurant in Sydney

i bought my tea in gongcha pacific square maroubra branch..while waiting for my egg waffle i accidentally dropped my tea...i made a big spill which can be a really bad hazard if someone will step on it...i was just right in front of the gongcha tea shop and i was hoping they would assist me...i know that the shop was busy but the only help i get was a piece of tissue...when i ask if they have a spill sign i was told that “it is not our job and you can look for the cleaners inside the shopping centre” it was so disappointing ...i was upset that I talked to one of the staff but he just said ok and smiled maybe just to shoo me off the shop..please give training to your staff especially when it comes to work health and safety..... and of course good customer service ..I will be posting this comment to social...

Very bad customer service always rude. Three times I went there they made the order wrong. Manager and her partner always talk rude. unbelievably very uncomfortable conversations about customers. I asked not to add ice it’s was ice in the drink. Next time I paid extra for form but no form was in the drink. I had my few friends went there they had same issue always order got wrong. For their mistake that asked me to not to comeback. Is that how customer service should be?? For their mistakes they ask customers not to come back.

I wanted to give them another chance as they have in their page customer satisfaction happy and wealthy customer service. But they don’t want to serve me again as because I complained. How rude very unprofessional...

Love Gong Cha but this one has horrific customer service. After making my drink filled with ice after I requested minimal ice, being visibly annoyed with me requesting what I asked for, she took out the ice and poured the wrong type of tea in it to fill it up. And still wanted me to take it. I requested my money back or for them to make the tea right. The second attempt was just a very watery tea, which was either out of spite or what the tea from this shop tastes like. Very unhappy with...
