Update: 25/01/2025: The standards have gone down drastically. The Pizza taste has deteriorated. The toppings have reduced, Pizza is oily, taste is bad. I have stopped going to this pizza joint. Old Review when Monty's Pizza was good (Given in 2021) 1st time order at Monty's Pizza Riverstone... At first they delayed preparing the pizza in spite of me reaching few mins after the suggested prep time, started on a wrong note. But the team apologized and made the order ready. At this point I realized why the delay as they had orders flowing in like crazy which made the popularity evident. The pizzas were prepared with a personal touch except the cooking which happens in the oven and this was a welcome when compared to the Dominos and Pizza Huts. After taking the delivery, which was smooth, reached home to dig in and wow the look of the pizza was a big hit. Taste was awesome as well. The main highlighting point is the way topping were generously spread on the Pizza, have never seen this kind before. Will surely order from Monty's in future. Keep up the good work.

Worst pizza experience of my life. I ordered the Tandoori Chaap pizza from Monty’s and specifically requested no cheese, being vegan. You’d think in 2024, a pizza place could handle a simple dietary request, but no—my pizza arrived absolutely drenched in cheese. Monty’s, are you even listening to customer requests? Veganism isn’t some new fad; it’s been around long enough that you should know how to leave out cheese on request or, better yet, actually offer vegan options.

To top it off, the state of the pizza when it finally arrived was beyond unacceptable. It looked like it had been tossed around in the box for an hour—soggy, toppings sliding everywhere, and crusts burnt in some places but raw in others. Imagine getting excited about a meal only for it to look like a sloppy mess straight out of the trash. If Monty’s can’t even deliver a pizza in decent condition, it’s pretty clear they don’t care about their customers or the quality of their food.

I got burnt chicken pieces yesterday in double chicken skewers. All chicken pieces were burst on lower side (which was not visible when you just open the box to check the food). The girl agreed that they have been cooking extra (possibly it burnt because of that) because people had complaints for less cooked food - they have started burning (ha ha ha). Worst part is girl told that she has noted down the complaint on the receipt and owner would be available in the evening. When I called owner, she gave a mind bogling logic since the picture sent from my plate showing few pieces - she said those two-three pieces are burnt and rest all pieces would be good (she explained her assumption). She could answer why they are cooking 2-3 pieces separately than 7-8 pieces of same order and then putting burnt chicken pieces for every customers' order. Logic, given by owner, is still above all...
