I recently had the pleasure of dining at Himalaya bella vista with my family, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a delightful ambiance that perfectly complements the delicious food they serve.

The menu is a treasure trove of flavors, offering a variety of dishes that cater to different tastes. Every dish we tried was prepared to perfection, with a great balance of spices and fresh ingredients. The standout for me was the gobi munchurian, lamb masala, curry pakora, saag, and lamb kebab which was an absolute treat. It was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented.

The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. The portions were generous, and the food was served hot and fresh.

We recently visited their iftar buffet, and it was an amazing experience overall! I absolutely loved every bit of it, especially the goat curry—it had a flavorful curry base with perfectly cooked goat pieces that stood out. The butter chicken was exceptional, and the fish pakodas were a hit with my kid since they weren’t too spicy. The papdi chaat was another favorite, though the fried chicken was just okay.The haleem and lamb biryani were decent but didn’t leave a strong impression.
