The worst business I have ever purchased food from.

70.00 got me stone cold food with a stone cold delivery driver with a stone cold attitude and half my order thrown all over my front lawn which was done before i actually got the order in my hand.

took 20 mins to reheat food so thought i would let the manager know and ended up being the delivery bloke who laughed playedgames and kept asking me who i was trying to call and that homers dont deliver even though i ordered and got a msg confirming time and business with location it was coming from. I asked him if he could pls get the manager, he asked why I said because i need to talk to him and he got off the phone in which i heard him talking to someone else asking what he should do.

A voice came back on phone and it was mr delivery man pretending to be the manager again in a higher voice...unbelievable, it was not only unprofessional but annoying as it felt i was dealing with kids in primary school with the phrase I didnt do it

I called Eat on today they called the manager personally and asked him to return my call, and guess what it was mr delivery man again laughing asking if i can repeat my order and to go to another homers. i explained that this has gone far enough and i will be going to police station to make a report regarding the harrassment on the phone, my refund, the delivery driver inpersonating his own boss , the grounds of not feeling safe cause from food on my lawn what else could this guy do to my house

After 5 secs on the phone for my 2nd call I told him that I know its you still pls get the manager and he said why? then changed his story to you only got part of the order from us and the half dont know who you got it from, then story changed again to cant help you, go away, and good bye no refund and hung up

I called back to get the same moron, who said yes im the manager and he then asked what i ordered, then told me that the barramundi that i was eating did not come from them and call back the place i ordered it from, but then was honest to put in the burgers came from them. he proceeded to say the manager is not in and he does not want to talk about it and i said thats the biggest lie out of all of your lies spoken out of yr mouth, that your manager does not want to hear feedback from his customer.

After wards i called Eat now and placed a report with tbe managers there who are kindly going ahead with the refund from homers and my complaint

Where were these employees hired from and why isnt there enough supervision there otherwise the delivery man would not get away with answering the managers phone calls and pretendiong that he is him and to finish it off with a mind game phone calls to get stuffed to hanging up to feeling sick the next day from food poisioning from stone cold food

at least the birds enjoyed my chips for 70.00

Where is the customers right here to get a product that you paid for hot and edible, and what is this business offering instead of good food, its called a nightmare

Just got on facebook and was not surprised to see a few people had similar bad experiences from this homers quakers hill.

you should be disgusted in yourselves and go back to hells kitchens...

We get food from here all the time, my son went and ordered a CLASSIC CHICKEN BURGER( flame grilled chicken, pineapple/ lettuce/ bacon/ Mayo) and small chips when he got home , my husband took 1st but and realised it was a wrong burger, so I called the shop to notify the error, instead of listening the person on other side started yelling and telling me that he only charged my son $8..something instead of $9.00 something…I couldn’t believe my ears that the homer’s shop person is firstly rude n secondly worried about he charging my son for wrong burger. I tried explaining to the male person that my son was on call with me when he ordered n I was able to hear him say CLASSIC CHICKEN BURGER…I m not that upset about the wrong order ..but absolutely upset n disappointed with the attitude of the male person in the shop.. my son also mentioned to me that the person in the shop was different to usual people that are there…May be the owners are changed?? But very very bad customer...

Finally decided to write this review coz they deserve it. Usually we have the chicken, chips, salads and pasta bake and we have also used them twice for parties where we preordered pasta bakes, potato bake and whole chickens. Can not knock them on a single thing. Loved the burgers, extremly good value, friendly service, professional. Can get busy in evenings but worth it. Will be coming...
