Rude staff - If you speak to customers like robots and not in full sentences then smile at us in a rude way because we are confused, then how are suppose to understand you ?

When serving customers speak English amongst staff. This is Australia not New Delhi.

During being served the owner walked in to the back room with a can of Mortein. I'm assuming they are cutting corners on proper pest control which makes me question the cleanliness out the back.

Also whilst being served the staff member making my sandwich coughed and this was aimed at my food. Either wear masks or turnaround and cough if you have to.

When i want my sandwich toasted i expect it toasted. Don't open the door on the toaster or microwave 10 seconds early because you're in a rush.

While starting my food and reading other reviews about food poisoning I ended up chucking my food out.

Today I picking up an order from here. I waited for a staggering 30 minutes while the employee at the counter completely ignored my presence. To make matters worse, she repeatedly served other customers who had arrived long after me, fulfilling their orders before mine. There is absolutely no excuse for such blatant disrespect and inefficiency. This kind of service is not just inconvenient; it cost me time and money as a delivery driver. I ordered for a Meatball Melt-Subway Footlong. When I came home and opened my sandwich, there were no meatballs. I returned to the store to complain. The girl who served me insisted that she asked me twice if I wanted only vegetables. Why would I order a Meatball Melt if I did not want the meatballs? I thought it was silly of her to ask that question in the first place. If I had answered yes to her questions, it probably was because I thought she was asking the standard question asking the customers if they want ‘all the’ vegetables added to the sandwich ordered.
