Worst customer service awarded to HJ's Dural. They didnt put ice cream in an iced coffee and just put in cream. (After we paid extra for ice cream)….When we enquired, they told us to contact head office - they could NOT help as it was an online order. Then someone called back a few days later after i contacted Head Office .... they simply called to tell me they watched the CCTV footage. Definitely ice cream they say... But the point here is customer service is dead. They call not to apologise but rather to defend themselves and prove how wrong the customer is
Now im upset with myself for dropping off $$$ over the years at this QSR that simply DOES NOT CARE. There was poor service the last time, but we went back to give them another go... Bad service is clearly not once a off, this HJ's thrives on it... Makes me wonder about how they treat the food, if they treat customers with sheer disdain.
Ps. This HJ's are ruining the corporate image. Surely there are consequences! Seems like service levels dont matter anymore. Anyone can become a franchisee.
Maccas and KFC you can have my $$$ when the family want a treat...HJ's you need to shut down...Its only about the dollars to ya.
Well since im on a roll - why do you HJ's DURAL always make people wait in the waiting bay - its a drive through. Thinking back i should have stopped supporting this local HJ's years ago. I will take that one on ME

Read moreI usually drive through after my wife places the order online. Most times they take a bit extra time to deliver the food. I have always waited in the waiting bay upto 10 mins. The Family bundle and the feast bundle are out usual picks. The taste is above average and nothing to complain for a fast food chain. Couple of times they have missed stuffs we have ordered. Like once they didn't place a burger and have to go back to the store to get it. Another time the chicken nuggets were short. So one advice is to check the bag before you drive away.
I'm editing my review to include how ridiculous this place is. Never order online for a pickup. It's always a mess. I drive in and give the order no and the lady at the counter repeated my number incorrectly. I politely corrected her and she said "Yea Yea I got it." I then waited in the waiting bay as usual and they first brought one and a guy came running behind saying that it's incorrect and took it back. Later after 5 mins they brought another pack. That looked loaded more than what we ordered. We decided to check and get out of the car and open the bag and that's all wrong. And wait here is the bigger problem I went in again and the same guy said " I know it's wrong" and said it will take another 10 mins to make. We then took another 15 mins and brought my order out with a sorry. How frustrating... I think this will be my last...
Read moreTo the manager with the oily blonde hair with dark regrowth on shift around 7pm Saturday 26/10. We went through the drive through and waited at the first window for a few minutes. There was a young girl at the register there who didn’t acknowledge that we were there or opened the window. After waiting FOR A FEW MINUTES we decided to drive up to the front window. As we were sitting there we hear this manager loudly say “well he just flew past the window when she’s right there!!” (a lie). Whether she knew the window was open and we could hear is irrelevant. She then turns to us and rudely says “you’re going to have to drive back around and pay” which is actually just not true as you can pay at that window as well. I then said “excuse me we waited there and she didn’t open the window” and she said “um okay she was taking an order” I said “okay how is that our problem?” and she goes “go back around”. I have worked in customer service and retail for years and I would never ever speak to a customer like that. It is not my fault your staff and yourself are incompetent. McDonalds can multitask but you can’t? Can’t take an order and just open the window?? We aren’t mind readers. Team obviously needs training but can’t blame them for their manager only having half a brain cell and letting her position go to her head. 🙂 poor young guy apologised to us...
