Mad Mex Narellan — Restaurant in Sydney

It has been open for around month and been a Mad Mex fan I was keen to eat at a place where I am most of the week. However, due to some of the staff being new, ordering can be slow. Which is perfectly fine because they all need to start somewhere, I would rather they take their time and make it perfect rather than rush it and make a disaster. However, that isn't why I am giving this particular Mad Mex a 1 star review. The last time I went there, I was eating my burrito and I noticed in the kitchen a bowl of lettuce on one of the benches. The store manager accidentally knocked the lettuce bowl onto the ground spilling the lettuce. He then proceeded to pick up the lettuce off the ground and instead of throwing the lettuce into the garbage he then quickly washed it in the "Washing hands only" sink. He put the lettuce that he barely briefly rinsed back into the bowl that it came out of and continued on. Note: The floor in the kitchen was disgusting, spilled food and dirt everywhere. I've tried to order a few times from this store and the staff aren't friendly and don't listen. I ordered 3x tacos two times and the lady looked like she couldn't understand properly and then once I got to the guacamole part, I asked for some and they said of you got the 3 dollar tacos and we can't put the guacamole onto th tacos, only on the side, I was so confused as on the menu it said either one taco or 3! I didn't realise they had 3 dollar tacos and what the difference waa, they should of explained. So they put it in a container for me. I went to eat the tacos and the meat and lettuce and salsa was even filling the taco shell half way! Rid off artists at this store. They def charge enough but with the filling, they're not filling them even half way! Ridiculous! I'm south American and this was disgraceful, im never ordering from this...
