Best place. However, my nan and I went there today and the lady asked if there was any additives she wanted for her peach tea. She said honey and I know that they don’t have them so I told her what the additives were. But then it got me thinking: I understand additives help with profit, but shouldn’t shops have options of items for everyone including additives such as honey? Is there any way you could add honey, as my nan is on a diet and she really likes honey and can only have certain liquids due to an issue with her pancreas. It’s fine if you can’t; she still loved her drink, but I think that honey would have made her drink that much more special.

I don't go to ChaTime Narellan as the tea has always been mediocre. Now I'm definitely not coming back. Staff are rude - 2/3 of my drinks was called so I reached over to check if it was under my name and blonde girl snapped "don't touch the drinks". I get that your busy and frustrated, but we're all human. They were my drinks. They then proceeded to serve everyone else, before giving me my third drink. I asked for a hot tea without sugar, got home and tasted it, and it was like they added double the sugar. The other drink was sealed incorrectly and made a mess in my bag. First time getting bubble tea in my life genuinely tasted like chemicals, was so bad to the point i didn’t finish the drink. Got a fruit tea. Have since then tried many other fruit teas and that drink was definitely an outlier. I have no idea what they did to make it taste that like but it was actually crazy.
