I came across a few reviews for your cafe and was curious to see how you handle customer feedback. The reviews didn’t look amazing but as a business owner myself, I understand how much you value your guests’ experiences and are probably doing your best.

So, I decided to reach out. When I called, the phone just rang out. So I hunted around for a more direct way to get in contact with the manager but I couldn’t find another way.

After 10 minutes of looking I ended up going to your website and like most big companies I ended up leaving feedback on a generic form hoping that someone will get back to me eventually.

It made me realize that if I had a big issue, I might have felt frustrated and just left a negative review instead. And I think that’s the case for a lot of people these days—it’s often easier to vent online than to go through the effort of getting in touch with someone who will truly listen, because it’s just so hard to do this nowadays.

That being said, I don’t hold this against you at all. Running a small business takes passion, dedication, and resilience, and that’s something I deeply respect. So, I’m giving you 5 stars for the effort and heart you put into your business and brand.

What a horrible experience. We waited almost 40mins for our breakfast, they all came out at different times so some had finished eating while others didn’t even have their food yet. And on top of that, we ordered pancakes and were given the kids pancakes but charged the adults. Then we were given the wrong meal and the lady working argued with us saying ‘but it’s only this, we changed our menu this morning’. We said ok but we’re ordering off the menu given out, if the menu changed on the system that’s not our problem, change your hard copy menus also so customers know what they are getting. Will never go back here and don’t advise anyone else to. Ruined our morning and my nephews...

Wow! Decided to have some lunch before shopping. Coffees came out then one lunch, a bland steak sandwich. After we finished the coffees and hubby finished the sandwich, my chicken bits were in and out of the microwave twice then the caesar burger arrived which didn't contain the menu ingredients. When I questioned it, the lady said yes it is right so I went through the ingredients.... the egg and parmisan was missing plus she included mayonnaise which I can't eat. When I asked why there was Mayo, she said so it'll taste better but it's not supposed to be in there. She gladly gave me a refund with no apology and I left hungry!
