We hosted our son’s Christening/Birthday at JBeil in Kareela and the experience was absolutely flawless! From the moment we reached out, Antonella and Adam went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly before, during, and even after the event, calling to check in. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our guests were exceptional. The food was incredibly generous, and left everyone impressed, the venue was perfect for our occasion. Antonella and Adam’s professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the evening unforgettable for us. Also a shout out to the lovely Ibby, who was also amazing in helping the day run smoothly.

We ordered Garlic lemon chicken for fathers day lunch, It was an absolute ripp off, we paid $60.00 & got 12 tiny pieces of chicken, It worked out to be $5.00 per mouthful, "Disgusting amount" NEVER AGAIN, It`s such a shame. We called to complain & the manager didn`t even care. Be warned, So many other better places around with better value & better food! Seriously does the photo look like $60.00 dollars worth!!! Let me know if you don`t agree.

Sensational Lebanese taste, amazing Lebanese table, can’t miss any dish, had to try kibbie veggie and must ask for the special sauce with the skewers, Thanks to the chef for his enthusiasm on the taste and food presentation. Absolutely phenomenal! The food, the ambiance the decor and the service were incredible 😍

What a horrible experience at Jbeil. We had booked a large dinner to celebrate mother's day and confirmed multiple times throughout the week that there were 15 adults attending with 2 highchairs, and even visited the venue to secure the private room area as it is a large special dinner for us. On arrival, the table was not set for 15 ppl and in another area of the restaurant. They even has to ask patrons that were already seated and eating to get up and move so that they could try fit us in. Service from then on was absolutely atrocious!!!! A blame game from waiter to owner about why our table was not set properly! Then owner came and was not apologetic at all and told us the restaurant was out of GAS and couldn't cook any hot food for us now. Only cold mezze entrees. We obviously left and were left on Mother's day a group of 15 ppl with NO restaurant available at such short notice for a large group able to take us. What a ridiculous excuse of a restaurant!!! Poorly managed. Horrible customer service and will never attend again!!!!!

In response to your reply below - why would we come back for a free meal after ruining our night and taking no accountability! Don't blame the gas!!! That was a separate issue. We confirmed our booking multiple times and one of your nice staff members backed us up and agreed that it was your fault. And still no apology. Customer service is more important than trying to feed...

Cannot fault the food but the service is shocking! We arrived at our allocated time to be told that our table wasn't ready. We were told to sit at the bar. No one offered us a menu. About 20 minutes later my husband flagged a waiter staff member for a menu. To have our cocktails offered to people who ordered after us.

To our surprise our table was also offered to another family. As I complained to the manager, the manager proceeded to tell this family I was upset and that they needed to vacate the table. You can image that this created conflict, the other family approached us to say that they too were offered this table and had been waiting for 20-30mins.

Of course I felt bad hearing this. Both families had been mucked around.

We proceeded to our table and sat for another 30 minutes before we were acknowledged and given menus. At this time I decided to phone the restaurant next door to see if they had availability. Sadly they did not.

The lady who served our table was amazing and was able to de-ecalate the situation.

The food and coctails were amazing, I cannot fault. Shame about the service, I cannot remember ever having such bad service to not even have an item taken off the bill as an acknowledgement of error or an apology from the manager when...

We recently went to Jbeil on a Saturday night for a family dinner. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely at the front and taken to our table. We were surprised to be told we had to give the table back in 2 hours which was not mentioned at the time of booking (minus half a star). We swiftly decided what to order however struggled to get attention of any waiters till 30 minutes into the sitting (minus a half star). After ordering entree and mains, we felt rushed as the food came altogether without any break (if you were hungry no one would complain but we told them we wanted a break). In terms of food, I believe overall the food was average in taste and quality for the price paid (minus a star) and nothing stood out as special when comparing to other places in the same center (Jensens (a 5 star pick)). We did end the evening on a sweet note. The highlight for me was the sticky date pudding which I would recommend trying if you want to give this place a chance. Overall - I hope future customers have a more pleasant experience and the above areas of concerns can easily be addressed and fixed. Ps: let’s start with the basics, please give water at the start of the meal when people sit, not offer it when dessert...
