Nutrition Station — Restaurant in Sydney

I came here after the gym with a few of my friends and our children will never go again The customer service here is disgusting, all the girls working in this place were standing chatting to each other no one gave us a menu nor smiled at us or asked if we wanted to order meanwhile I’m standing at the checkout grabbing a menu for myself and the girl goes “oh you took the wrong menu thats just a double “ then completely snobs me off and continues her conversation with her work colleges , later after ordering one of the girls working sits on the table next to us and lights up a cigarette and smokes staring right at us , anyone with brains would know if you want to smoke go somewhere children are not sitting and eating let alone a person who is meant to be representing this buisness shocking! The food at the front is prepped by the girls who have hip length hair not even tied back her hairs falling into the area they store there berries, Coconut etc for their breakfast protein bowls yuck! The burger buns taste like cardboard the only thing I liked was the sweet...

Summary: meal not as described, really boring sides, bad presentation

Details: I ordered large meatballs which were supposed to come with Parmesan cauliflower, rice and baby spinach but received them with rice and boiled broccoli (no spice at all).

Called the restaurant to explain the issue and let them know their meal didn’t match the Menulog description. They said that the menu had recently changed but they hadn’t updated it on Menulog but only on DoorDash and somewhere - this is not true because I checked DoorDash and the description was the same (side should be Parmesan cauliflower, etc).

The person who picked my call said that was going to speak to the manager and get back to me but never called me again. No apologies whatsoever.

My husband got a chicken salad which lacked love too - there was a quarter piece of avocado not fully cut, not enough spices.

The only thing that tasted nice was the meatballs. Still, not worth it with such sides...

This was my 3rd visit to the Bankstown location and each time I’ve had to wait for long periods of time for my takeout. It’s not like it’s been overly busy too, each time I have had to flag a reminder to the staff as to when my order will be ready. Today was it for me as I waited 15-20 mins for a chicken Caesar salad and small sweet potato fries, I reminded the staff and when it came out the food was cold. It was like they prioritised the Uber orders and failed to pay attention to customers ordering takeout. When I addressed it with the staff they lacked any sort of customer service which was really disappointing. For this I will not be returning to this location or other Nutrition Stations due to lack of attention and customer service. In fact I will be discouraging anyone I know...
