Very poor customer service Unprofessional behaviour displayed by staff
I went to the drive-through today (23/04/22) at 12:40pm. There was a long queue, as their EFTPOS machine was down. Once it was my turn at the speaker, I waited for 5 minutes without a response, so I proceeded to the first window to place my order. I ordered a large 10 wicked wing combo and one regular fries. Then, I changed my order from a large to a regular. The lady at the window had to ask for assistance from a colleague to change my order. I paid in cash as their machines were not working. I had to prompt her for my receipt, as I wanted to check whether they charged me correctly.
I drove to the second window to collect my order. A different man was serving at this window. He did not provide my drink so I reminded him. He closed the window, then the lady that served me in the first window came and aggressively said that she had already provided me with a large drink. I told her she was incorrect. Again, she was very hostile and was shouting at me. I told her and her male colleague that they are free to look in my car or check their security footage as they did not believe me. The man took my receipt. They closed the window again. The lady came back with my drink. She did NOT apologise for her extremely antagonistic and unprofessional behaviour. They did not return my receipt (which has instructions on how to provide feedback).

Read moreOrder placed at 8.24pm had items missing, order totalled $57.15 gave staff $100 and she claimed we only gave her $50, upon arriving home noticed order not complete, called store 3 times before call was answered at 8.43pm returned to the store and addressed the staff and shift manage of the issue, he verbally berated the staff infront of customers, and told them to refill the order completely, by 9.06pm I was told there would now be an additional 6 minute wait on the chicken, manager told staff to unpack the order and wait for the chicken, so third attempt at getting the order filled with an apology and 3 free chocolate mousses I returned home at 9.28pm to find chips missing from the order. 6 attempts to contact the store with no answer and finally at 9.35pm the shift supervisor answered the call and I explained the order had food missing again. He offered to put the missing chips in a register which I have declined, I was the third customer who returned their order in the time I was there due to food missing. This store is filthy and the staff are untidy and don't seem to be able to follow simple rules let alone read, I will never set foot in that store and will drive the extra 20km to buy KFC. Ps There were 2 other people come in whilst I was there waiting for my order that had produce missing from their orders, I have filled the survey out and all of the above is what I wrote as my reason for being dissatisfied with my visit only to be told you can only use 1200 characters... Read moreThursday 21st March 2024 Time we arrived at the drive thru 8:18pm we ordered our meals and then drove to the window to pay and pick up our meals, after we paid the girl then said to us there’s a 15 minute wait for the chicken to be cooked? The staff member should have said this at the drive thru and or before we paid as it wasn’t 15 minutes to wait as we and other customers were waiting till 8:49pm and they still didn’t get the orders right as time we got home the order for one meal was completely wrong and we weren’t going to go back to fix it. We won’t ever come back to this kfc in the mega complex in St Martin’s in Blacktown as this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. But if it happens again that they run out of chicken they should warn the customers before they actually order so customers can make up their minds...
