Very poor experience and rude staff
Ordered our normal set of meals at drive through. Had to correct the order at the window when paying, but still they provided the wrong meal which I didn’t realise until got home. Returned to the store a 10 minute drive, and they wouldn’t provide any compensation for their error and me not being able to eat with the family and the extra travel time. Eventually after must arguing was promised a full refund if I came in store. Which I did only to be not given a full refund but the difference. Manager then refused to talk to me, sent other staff out to discuss but not offer anything. Couldn’t even give me a number to call to discuss the matter with
Staff were rude and just lied to me so they could serve the next customer.
Won’t return.
Update: I had already completed the feedback form as suggested by the response her. Requested that they call me. However it’s been almost a week and nothing. Furthermore when I selected the wrong RR in Blacktown, they actually called me within 2 hours of filling the form. Just another sign that customer service is not a high...
Read moreThis use to be one of the best red rooster stores even though quite old and in such random location. Tonight I ordered delivery and received the oldest food imaginable. It wasn’t because the delivery driver took a long time because he headed straight to the store and then to me. The nuggets were so old they had cracked open, and the sides literally black. The burger arrived and it was freezing cold, dripping in so much sauce the wrapper stuck to the burger and it couldn’t be consumed. The most random item was the chips, they weren’t even cooked. You can tell they were dipped in the fryer then taken straight out. The potato and gravy that was like $8 had no potato in it. I did a quick google and see they have been in trouble with the food authority. This store has to be under new management and staff. After many years the family will no longer be buying...
Read moreI'm disappointed every time I go to this red rooster, but it's the closest, and it's a treat for Mum. I even go INTO the store rather than use the drive-through, and they still get my order wrong. I ask specifically for the wing but they give me the leg anyway to the point where I now have to check before I leave the store, because if I get home and then have to return it, they only change the chicken not the chips or pineapple so everything is cold by the time you get back home again. When I point out it's the leg, without any apology or customer service, the girl snatches the bag back to change it.. like it's MY fault!! And the chickens are ludicrously small. If you get the leg portion, it's not even a decent meal.They never take responsibility, apologise, or offer any customer service whatsoever....
