I had a horrible experience with this Subway. The bread they served looked like it was 3–4 days old and tasted terrible. It didn’t even seem fresh or properly handled. Their online ordering service is extremely bad, possibly the worst I’ve ever seen.
Despite charging a service fee, the service was unacceptable. My order took about an hour instead of the usual 30–40 minutes. The staff were disrespectful, stingy, and didn’t know how to handle customer complaints.
I strongly advise against ordering online from this Subway. Their service, food quality, and customer care are all very poor.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Subway. I ordered a sandwich with white bread, but they gave me the wrong bread, which also tasted terrible. To make matters worse, there was no cheese in my sandwich.
When I called to clarify, they claimed they had run out of the correct bread and said they tried to call me back—but I never received any call. Even when I tried calling them, they didn’t answer. Their staff were dishonest and rude, making false claims that they had called me, which is simply not true.
This outlet clearly has poor customer service, lacks basic communication skills, and does not care about serving customers properly. I strongly do not recommend ordering online from this Subway. They need to improve their service, honesty, and food quality...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. Not only was I overcharged for my meal, but the customer service was appalling.
I purchased a meal for work, and the staff member informed me that the tap didn't work, prompting me to tap again. Little did I know, I was being charged twice - $19.10 x 2!
When I called to report the issue, I spoke to two different staff members who claimed they couldn't process a refund unless I physically returned to the store. Given that I'm at work, this would require an hour-long round trip.
To make matters worse, both staff members struggled to understand English, and our conversations ended abruptly with them hanging up the phone.
Subway, this is unacceptable. Your customers deserve better. I demand a refund and expect significant improvements in your customer...

I also asked for cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado and onion. In each case the amount of these toppings that was added was dismally minimal. For example, only a pinch of onion was added. Literally half a dozen thin crescents. I had to ask for more. After paying my $8.30, I took my sandwich back to sit at Service NSW and wait for my number to be called. The bread felt and tasted stale, So I turned the sandwich upside down and removed the bottom half of the bread, planning to eat the top half and the fillings only, but the staleness of the bread and the meagre fillings made the thing inedible.
