Love their hot fries . Always hot with chicken salt & gravy is the best ... their chips are a tad salty sometimes but I like salty.... However some random fries in the packet are a bit bruised or too small + crispy.. that you end up throwing away..

The restaurant here is always clean & tables are wiped down quickly. Their service is quick, fast & food is hot when received. They have good customer service.. At times may get some items of the order wrong, if misunderstood or were not listening at front counter, but are quick to correct their mistake when informed..

They have no Wi-Fi internet access at their store, so those who have purchased orders via the app & have problems accessing their app due to malfunctioning mobile internet service reception within the store... will not be able to pick up their purchased orders.. Even if you have a photo receipt of proof of purchase & downloaded order details from the app with order number, date, time & payment proof of purchase. They tell you, they need to access your app online & won't give you your paid food purchase & won't refund your order. They will tell you to contact or email their head office customer service base for a refund.. since they can't provide you with your purchased pick up order on that day, despite proof of order & purchase receipt... it is best to do your food orders face to face in store, because even if you email head office customer service, for a refund & your email will get ignored...

So Basically if something goes wrong with your online purchase, mobile app, paid pick up order & the store can't give you, your purchased food items despite proof of app receipt downloaded & purchased order details this store will take your money & no refund is given.. From them or the head office...

Around mid last year in 2017 the service was decent. I would normally stop by on Mondays and sometimes Saturdays after work to pick up some kfc for the family. There were these two lovely girls in the front serving people and now I don't see them anymore or probably quit. What a shame to kfc for losing two great servicing girls. My experience right now at this kfc is just ridiculously upsetting. About a month ago I visited again on my way home from work and decided to grab kfc. The new faces at the front were rude while serving and ordering and at the back 3 grown girls mucking around and I'm sure one of them was also a manager. Disgusting behavior from the current workers and such a shame a lot of the old workers from last year weren't working because the service has really decreased. KFC Fairfield impresses me with the consistency of the food and service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were efficient and friendly. I've never had a bad experience or received an incorrect order from this KFC location.

While the indoor seating area is nothing special, it's not the main reason I go to KFC. I usually just grab my food to go, and the staff are always quick to get my order ready.

In terms of the food, I've always found it to be consistently delicious. The chicken is juicy and well-seasoned, and the sides are always fresh.
