KFC Ingleburn — Restaurant in Sydney

This place is the absolute bottom of the barrel. I’ve been coming here for years and it has always been slack, you can put that down to the place being run by teenagers, however it has consistently gotten worse over time. Items missing or wrong in the order, old stone cold food. But I have given them the benefit of the doubt and I only go there 3-4 times a year only, hoping that they will improve. So I was in the mood today for KFC. I placed an online order for a few things. I got to the window told them I had an online order, they requested that I park whilst they make the order, I commented to the staff member that I have never been able just pick up the order, always have to park and wait, I don’t know what you all out there have experienced but my expectation of online ordering is to bypass waiting. Anyway I park and wait after being told it will 10 mins. After 15mins another worker comes and informs that they forgot to cook part of the order so I tell them cancel the order because the wait time was getting ridiculous and the fact that they have already made half the order and it will get cold and soggy whilst I wait for the other half. They stated it was their fault and would fresh cook the complete order, which I stupidly agreed to. No need to explain that half my order was cold and soggy. This store and their other stores Minto and Bardia absolutely don’t care about feeding you and your family, they don’t care about producing a decent, let alone a quality product. They just want your money. If you don’t like it bad luck, the best you will get is a lame apology. I...

Are people that lost these days after eating fast food to an extent, can you guys not taste the different between burned oil fried chicken and fresh oil fried chicken? Imagine becoming that habitual that we are letting such a scam and fraud owner run this business in our community, who could at least afford to replace oil for the sake of health of the peoples which shouldn’t cost much, how is this place not shut yet by the food authorities.

It’s been 3rd time I ordered chicken from you guys but never again I know you don’t care, cause you only care enough about money than people’s lives, you are the type who would use food oil in your kfc like the immortal diesel engine burning the oil and push it beyond recommendation.

Not funny at all, your place deserved to be shut because you’re playing with people’s health and nature will make sure of that now or later.

Should never happen in Australia 🇦🇺 just disgusted to see how the cultural factor impacted the management system of Australian business that people once loved and trusted.
