KFC Mona Vale — Restaurant in Sydney

Dear KFC Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with an experience I recently had at one of your stores. I purchased a burger meal and to my shock, the bun had visible mould all over it. This is not just unacceptable but also a serious food safety issue that could have had serious health consequences if I hadn’t noticed it in time.

What makes this situation even more disheartening is that I used to be a loyal KFC employee at Dee Why. During my time working with your company, I took pride in ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. To now be on the other side of such a lapse in quality control is extremely disappointing and undermines the trust I once had in the brand.

Given the severity of this incident, I am requesting a $25 voucher or equivalent compensation for the inconvenience, health risk, and disappointment this has caused. I also hope KFC takes immediate action to review how such an issue was allowed to happen, as this does not reflect the standards I know KFC has upheld...

A bunch of kids under pressure during dinner time. Each drive through window I received appalling customer service when it was a simple task for the one taking my order to advise that I did not want wings for my 3 piece meal. He advised it's not something he could do and I need to ask at the pick up window. obviously, the window would be closed I kept trying to flag the girl that I need to advise I didn't want wings she approached the window with the food packed I advised her the first window told me to ask you if i could have no wings in my meal she rolled her eyes started throwing the wings back into the warmer and basically threw my box at me. Seriously I get it, it's crazy busy but don't be taking it out on the customers that has asked a simple request. If I have a simple ask the first window would advise either yes or we can't guarantee if that is possible should have...

Somewhat remote but a handy location within driving distance from most places in Mona Vale and surrounding suburbs. Plenty of packing is available and they offer dine-in, dine-out and drive through service.

They offer the full range of KFC menu items and tastes pretty much the way KFC tastes.

The indoor dining area is a little small and on our visit it was relatively hot with no AirCon running.

Some tables were not cleaned very well and others had steaks left over from inadequate cleaning.

Considering there were no other customers before we arrived, they had ample time to clean the tables properly.

When one of the serving staff came to clean a few tables, they used a somewhat pre-used wipe cloth with a little liquid from a squeeze bottle. Very little effort went into the quick cleaning job.

This diner really needs to update it's cleaning policy hence it loses...
