Where does one begin? If hell had a KFC, this would be it! I'll save the best for last....

Let's start with the cleanliness (or lack thereof). Atrociously dirty and unhygienic with tables and seats that clearly haven't been cleaned in months and a lot of vermin like insects and rodents eating scraps as a result. I would hate to see the storage and kitchen and the bathrooms don't bear speaking of, they were the worst I've seen anywhere in the world.

Next, food. The chicken is not fresh at all, either not cooked through or burned and the staff purposely miss items in your order and charge more than they advertise.

I notice that this is a common theme in the comments so one can only assume that they purchase off chicken and miss items on the order in an effort to scam the customers.

I was told by a worker that the management forces them to do this, which might explain why they never provide a receipt when asked. This is fraudulent and should be investigated.

Finally, it is unsafe. I literally watched some animal called Fatima, that seemed to be the manager, harass a customer when they had returned to the store (calmly and at her request) to remedy an order mix-up, only for her to call a couple of criminal thugs (whom I later learned are the owners) to beat this guy to a pulp from behind like cowards.

They beat him so badly that he ended up with severe injuries that would've required reconstructive surgery.... and I now read that this isn't the first time they've done this (google it)!!

All this over an order mix-up and the poor guy was genuinely calm and understanding!!!

How does KFC allow these uncouth, unhygienic, dishonest barbarians to run a franchise?!

This place deserves to be boycotted and run out of business.
