Chips had no salt Chicken was very oily Dinner roll was squashed (Don't these guys have any common sense that dinner rolls should be ON TOP of the food, NOT the bottom of the box?)

Drive thru seriously needs maintenance. Could barely hear what the staffs were saying at the speaker. Asian girl who worked at the drive thru was nice and beautiful though.

23rd October 2024 Came back here after a long while after the disappointment back in JUNE, even with new staffs there, the girls tried their best, it's understandable when it's busy the staffs are under pressure. It's like that working in the kitchen coming from someone with chef and kitchen hand experience. Like any restaurants, when it gets busy, staffs are always trying to hurry which is the cause of some mistakes happening. I have nothing against the staffs as I understand these girls were all under pressure, and trying to handle it at the same time by remaining calm. Customers should understand what it's like being busy in the kitchen. I went to drive thru, and waited almost 15 minutes for my meal to be handed to me. However there was one customer that ordered a large box, which was probably the cause of the hold up. I don't think KFC should have such a large rectangular box meal, the bucket is plenty enough. Hot & spicy wasn't even hot & spicy, it was mild. The girl serving me both at drive thru and at counter provided good customer service though, of Samoan or Pacific Islander appearance, while the Aussie or European girl at front counter tried her best, and I could see she was under pressure but still trying to remain calm. Improved a little in service overall better than back in June 2024. Service was terrible back then and food just didn't taste right, and chips back then was served COLD. Better now. Thank you. If you want the best KFC ever, it's in St Clair. For those willing to drive all the way there. Just go on Elizabeth Drive and keep going until you see a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and go on Mamre Road and keep going until you see the KFC near the traffic lights before the bridge and exit ramp to M4, towards the HJ, Maccas and BP there. Avoid, avoid, avoid. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would have Equal tie for worst KFC with Milperra KFC. Been local to the area for 17 years and with combined visits to both stores being 2 to 3 times a year. Not once have they been able to get an order right (something is always missing). Saturday 27 February 2021 is the last time I will be saying it's a one off. Ordered a meal for 5 and evidently it is an extremely hard thing to count up to 15 and 18 which is the chicken and nugget pieces, after taking it away and finding that the order was missing items that were for a child I packed up the whole order and went back to the store got a refund and thought I will try Milperra as they might be more professional. Get to Milperra KFC and the manager is too busy leaning over the counter chatting to her friend the whole time I was there while staff are all over the place (customer besides me complains to his daughter - it's not a good look) I get my order and take it to the car, thinking I better check the order before I leave and you won't believe it but again apparently 15 and 18 are too high a numbers to count to. I take the order back and to find the manager still hanging out with her friend like it's a trip to the beach. After waiting for themanager to ask her friend at least 6 times what sauce do you want and her friend too shy to tell her as it's looking like a free meal give away I ask for a refund for the second time in the same night from a different store, when I ask for the area managers number the manager tells me she can't give it out, when I ask for a head office number she tells me she doesn't know it and asks me to google it ( should've asked her friend to ask her in their conversation that might have got her to give it to me)

All this unfortunately was not a 30 minute sit-com so again my advice is avoid, avoid, avoid KFC in general but specifically...

This KFC branch continues to disappoint every time - despite being hopeful the branch would redeem itself.

I’ve had countless bad experiences with this KFC. About a year ago I made a big order on the app and arrived via drive thru, my order consisted of various chicken pieces, nuggets and 4 large sides. I was asked to wait at the parking. Only 3 sides were given to me amongst my chicken pieces without notifying me the 4th side was missing. Luckily I had checked before driving off. I was forced to walk into the restaurant to ask where my 4th side was (which defeated the purpose of drive thru) to which the girl simply replied they were out of stock for sweet potato mash. She did not offer to replace my 4th side despite the fact that it was already paid for it! No apologizes or acknowledgment, nothing. I had to ask for it!

I’ve had a whole piece of unplucked feather on a wicked wing from one of my go buckets on one occasion. On another occasion I’ve asked if I could have extra thigh in my order which the girl replied she’ll see what she could do but can’t do very much as there’s a set number of chicken pieces they give to customers which I agreed was fair.

Yesterday on 25/6/19 I went through drive thru for 9 for $9.95 chicken assuming they would have set number of pieces they give out so didn’t bother asking for thigh pieces. I drove home and was utterly disappointed to see not a single thigh piece was given. I was given 2 drumsticks, 2 wings, and 5 dry pieces of breast.

I am never coming back here. Would gladly drive out the way to another KFC despite this one being on the way home. Save yourself and look elsewhere people! This KFC is bound...
