I have frequented The Warwick, a Pub Bistro restaurant located in Warwick Farm, for dinner, drinks, and sporting events on many occasions. Food (3.5/5): The food, including chicken schnitzel, steaks, pasta, and other main dishes, were average for pub food. However, the wood-fired pizza stood out as the highlight. Service (4.5/5): The service was excellent, with attentive staff constantly clearing the table. The restaurant accepts bookings for dinner and sporting events, and the tables are well-organised and marked with the name of the reservation. Ambiance (5/5): The ambiance was spacious and pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating options making it great for large groups and special occasions such as birthdays and casual weekend gatherings. Price (3.5/5): The prices at The Warwick were somewhat high compared to other pubs and bistros in the area. For instance, my steak/parmy dish cost over $28 and was unremarkable. Parking (5/5): On the positive side, parking was never an issue, with ample parking space available every time I visited. Overall, The Warwick is a great place to book a table for boxing and UFC events, offering a great vibe and amazing ambiance for a pub/bistro. It also features an outdoor area, pokies, and arcade. Although the food was only average, the experience makes up for it.

Came here last Sunday with some friends to try out their new High Tea session. There was some confusion during the initial booking, but I guess these are just some teething issues that will be improved on as it was their first week running it. High Tea was held in the Library room, located within the Holiday Inn side. It's reasonably priced at $49pp. This included the usual items: arachini ball, sausage roll, tempura-style battered asparagus (top), salmon, cucumber + cream cheese and egg mayo sandwiches (middle), scone with jam + cream, mini lemon and chocolate ganache tarts (bottom), tea, coffee, juice and glass of champagne. As none of us drank alcohol, the lovely gentleman made us a mojito mocktail, which was deliciously refreshing! The customer service was great (over the phone and on the day). The guy that looked after us was super friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if everything was ok. It's lovely to have a place to attend High Tea in the area. Will definitely come back again.

I was really disappointed today with the wagyu burger I ordered today, as I took the first bite I realised the meat inside wasn’t cooked at all and was pink, I took it back to the food area and was told they served the mice patty medium rare, this is false. As it’s unsafe to serve mice meat raw, it’s not the same as steak, they took the burger and told me they’ll sort it out, after 15 minutes I received the SAME patty which was over cooked to the point where it has turned dry, it looked like they just took the patty out the with the “special sauce” onit and cooked it again it tasted horrible. If you don’t have the passion for something it’s better to do something else. I paid money for something which should’ve been good. Otherwise I would’ve headed to Cole’s shopped for the ingredients and made a burger myself.

So this place is completely out of touch. No way will I be coming back ever.

To begin, the food was just atrocious. Tasted like rubber and completely overpriced. So I had a suspicion but after some research, I know now for certain my steak was held together by meat glue. Meat glue is usually used for filet steaks and I had one. It 100% tasted like it had glue in it. The scrap meat from other steaks held together by meat glue. I ended up not eating the entire steak and sending it back. The chips had no salt on it and the table didn't have any salt nor could I see any in sight.

They also served a mouldy piece of broccoli for another person in my party. We told them about it and they said it was "fermented with something". So 2 of the broccoli looked green, and the one that looked black and grey with some sort of soft fungus coming off it was "fermented". Real nice.

The service was sub par at best. The staff seemed like that didn't want to be there and it showed with their interactions with us.

Atmosphere was the only thing slightly ok about this place as in it was a nice open room with TVs in most directions. For some reason someone had the bright idea of positioning two TVs back to back, one facing outward to the balcony area and one facing inward toward the bar INSTEAD of placing just one TV on the roof in the corner of the room... The male manager seemed to have a chip on his shoulder for god knows what, his restaurant was a disgrace.

I hope I don't throw up tonight. I will not be returning here again, they currently do not deserve money for the product and service they provide. Gordon Ramsay would have a...

Come for pork knuckle and wood fired smoke salmon again. First time was good both dishes, last wasn't as good. Not consistent, like slaw with pork knuckle was just shredded red cabbage without anything on it. Salmon was way passed cooked, very dry. Barley with it was good as first time. Desserts wasn't great so we didn't order them this time......

Please have some happy costumer service face on the very important lady at the order counter with the walkie talkie. The waitresses were kind and helpful but she was elsewhere when we were ordering. I did say almost annoyed with us! Like first question was "are you ready to order or still deciding?". We stood and waited for few minutes with no other people around, yes we are ready to order. I said the first order and before I could say the 2nd she stopped me like I'm too fast for her to punch in the dish. Regretted got a bottle of rosé $28, asked for moscato rosé, she says rosé is rosé and moscato isn't. I just want to know if she's got a pink colour moscato? Or a moscato rosé.

Just terrible vibes. Wonder why not busy as it could be with the space available. Now I know. Lol the same lady was doing some stretching foot behind her back almost touching the counter as she looks on! Like how unprofessional is that!? $85 for 2 dishes and a bottle of cheap rosé wine can easily get at liquor shop for far less or at Aldi for a few bucks. Other restaurants similar set up around here only around $18 for a whole bottle Jacobs Creeks sparkling moscato rosé. She thinks I don't know wines.

Ate our foods and could not wait to leave. Not sure about recommending as we may never...

26 February 2021 ordered a margarita pizza and 2 mains. Mains come out with the guy delivering it saying sorry I dropped the utensils and will go and get some more for you. It looked like he forgot before he finished the sentence, I watch for couple of minutes delivering to other tables and when he doesn't come back I go to him and ask where the utensils are that he was going to bring back. He says sorry I forgot then looks at another waiter and says hey didn't I ask you to take cutlery to a table, the other waiter says I did to table 65. I said I am table 56. He gives me cutlery and I ask him where the pizza is, he says he will check and get back to me and again looks like he forgot before he has turned around. We finish our mains and the pizza which was meant to be before the mains still hasn't arrived so I ask another staff member where the pizza is, he says I will check and get back to you. This one looks like he forgot quicker than the first one. The tables on both sides of me who ordered after us both get their pizza and meals. We ask a 3rd staff member who at least checks for us, she returns and says they are cooking it now and it will be out shortly, they are short staffed today and it may have been given to another table. We wait another 10 minutes and then find another staff member who looks lost and walking around to at least 10 tables asking if they were waiting on a pizza (which was in her hands) we try to talk to her but she palms us of as she finds a table and gives them the pizza. We got up got a refund for the pizza and left. Last time we go to this place. My recommendation is avoid...
