Customer service is terrible. The girls were busy chatting. There were no smile or greetings when I entered the store. One of them had her shoulder to me when I stood at the counter for service. Eventually she turned and just asked "what do you want?" It was 2pm so a few flavors were already sold out. It was a bit confusing because some labels were mismatched. I got the lemon meringue donut and the chocolate ganache donut. I told the staff that I do not want my donuts squashed and paid an extra dollar for a box. But guess what? They put them in a tray and squashed them into a paper bag anyway. In addition, the lemon meringue donut is missing a third of its meringue to begin with. The donuts were not bad but don't think I'll come back due to the...

Use to come all the way from Penrith to get these donuts and get a big order for everyone. As it was the only place to get a decent donut.

But after being rushed today by the boy behind the counter with no one else in the shop done it for me. Hadn't even finished ordering and was rushed. Is that all. Is that all.

Previous gal's were friendly and made it worth while coming all that way. Only got 2 boxes instead of the usual 6 and coffees and pies because of this so huge loss to the shop.

Must be new owners as the pineapple donuts are not what we use to get. More icing than Syrup. Admittedly we haven't been there for a few months but wow!

Won't be going back again now! I'll travel to Beverly Hills and...

Tried this place out today for the first time ever, didn't even know it existed and stumbled upon it as i had to visit supercheap auto nxt door. All I can say is wow, seriously without a doubt best doughnuts I've had in my life.

If you love soft chewy bread like me then you'll love these. Tried the custard one and the apple strudel i think it was called.

Honestly I didn't you could better the custard one's until I tried the apple and boy was I wrong they're frikn delicious. Coffee is great too with excellent flavour and not milky/weak like some places.

Do yourself a favour and stop by,pretty sure you won't regret it. Thanks again guys for the great food and coffee, I'll be back...

New doughnut place in the area! Love that we’re bringing good stuff in southwest, finally! Doughnuts are freshly baked (fried?). Ordered the variety pack for a friend, and ordered a biscoff doughnut for myself. Verdict? I’ll give the biscoff one maybe an 8-8.5 as I’ve had better ones. The frosting mostly tasted like powdered sugar with juuuuust a hint if biscofd. But can’t complain about the doughnut itself coz it’s soooo good. Excited to give the other flavours a go. Also giving the friendly staff 5⭐️ for giving me my doughnut and mocha order with a 😊. Defo what I needed for an early morning start.

Best donuts you'll have in Sydney! Best New Zealand style pies you'll find in Sydney too! Was recommended Doughnut Mum by a friend 3 months ago and have been back nearly every weekend since.. you could call me a regular. The team are so friendly and now greet me like an old friend. They are always up for a chat in between customers, remember my order and are always super excited to share the new pie variants or donuts they have that week. Can't fault the place, the food or the team and can't wait my next visit. (next weekend!)
