LeWrap — Restaurant in Sydney

This is my second time coming to this LeWrap franchise, and the second and last time I've been disappointed, because for sure, I will not be returning to this franchise. The first time I went there was alright, the girl who served me was friendly and efficient at taking orders. The second time I went there was when a guy (had orthodontic braces) with a lack of comprehension skills, overcharged me for my order. He made so many mistakes with my requests that I had to correct him a couple of times. This time around, I requested for a plant-based meal, only to be told that there isn't any plant-based options available.

I ordered chicken wraps from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked and still pink inside. I went back to the store to let them know politely. However, the woman at the counter — wearing a hijab — was very dismissive and unprofessional. She told me, “I’m too busy, I don’t have time for you,” and said, “It’s only $5, I can just give you your $5 back,” in a rude tone.

I wasn’t looking for a refund — I just wanted to let them know about a serious issue with the food. The way I was treated as a customer was very disappointing. went to LeWrap today as a group of 4 and as a group we couldn't have had a better experience. We honestly had a booking at another restaurant across the road but decided last second to just grab some wraps and the service, food and vibe was amazing. The team were EXTREMELY accommodating to us having been fasting and needing our food ready by a certain time and even compensated us right away with a free wrap due to a little mix up when they really didn't have to but by doing so, they've truly guaranteed we'll be travelling back to be a repeat customer. My husband even mentioned that this was "the freshest meals" and our group had a wonderful night.
