On a festival night where everyone's looking for a quick bite before ending the night out, I'm highly disappointed with the customer service. A lot of drinks left on the side and forgotten, drinks without ice, sundaes left to melt on the side and hot drinks left cold, it feels like everyone waiting in-store was forgotten and left to wait for over half an hour (even for the most simplest things like two Mcflurries that were ordered by kids and left to wait for more than "just a minute"). Bags of ordered food was left on the counter until they were cold, and the self-service machine wasn't printing out the order number so many had to wait without knowing what was theirs. They honestly just place the bags onto the counter and walk away ignoring everyone patiently waiting for too long, only lucky if they made inaudible number callouts twice.
Our food was cold, drinks with no ice. I asked for new fries and only one was replaced with barely warm ones. Sundae was almost forgotten, had to ask for a new one since the first one was melted. We had ordered at 8:40pm, and we got our order at 9:15pm and longer for our hot chocolate. The cafe state was sickening with small roaches by the jug rinser. Milk cartons left out on the counter (don't know for how long but I hope that they were still cold and not left there forgotten). But no one was checking the cafe, the people would come by, look out and just walk away until we called out to them.
Workers were slipping around, I don't know but it was concerning to see them side from one place to another. It felt like everyone was avoiding the in-store service, calling out the number twice that wasn't audible. When people requested the workers to double check the orders, it took so long.
Very disappointing. Poor team management. Horrible health and safety (and hygiene) evident. From someone that had waited far too long for two medium meals with two cold items that watched the poor service and management happening inside with workers avoiding...

A older women heavy set who is rude when younger staff try to sort out any issues. Today someone was burned by coffee which had a faulty lid . Disgraceful behaviour from this manger .Clearly they pay no attention to the many bad reviews as it is not the first time i have encountered her rude behaviour. I go to this Mac Donald’s regularly in the past several months as I drop someone to the mall for work. I have not complained before today even though the drive through is frequently very slow regardless of how many cars. I also have received the wrong order for coffee.Clearly staff are unaware of why there are different names for different coffees . Often receiving mostly froth in the small flat white i order. However today I ordered two coffees for which took longer then usual from other stores and was only one car in front. I was not given them i a cup tray so placed them in the car cup holder as most times. I drove off to drop my passenger to work I went to hand them the coffee and the lid popped off and spilled over there clothes and hand. They received a burn so stopped at the chemist to grab burn cream then drove back through the drive through where i ordered another coffee and explained what just happened and could they replace for free as it was the lid The young girl said to come around and we’d work it out I drove around and handed her the remaining coffee She appeared to freeze at the payment on screen and i asked if she was expecting to pay I asked if there was an issue and a middle aged women appeared who I can only suspect was management She said she would not be replacing and did not care that it had burnt anyone and spilled through the car. Read moreThis Maccas has the worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did the worker, Jenny, give us dirty looks, but she also got the order wrong and didn’t bother to reread it to confirm, which doesn’t make sense as originally before we drove through as she said it was correct. When I went to collect my food at the window, the worker there gave me attitude as well. When I pointed out that my order was wrong, she got annoyed and frustrated with me instead of checking what I had actually ordered, and just handed me the wrong items. And then when we informed her abt the wrong items she shoved the correct items through the window at me then when I tried to give back the wrong item she was extremely aggressive and in her words “ YOU CAN KEEP THEM” aggressively despite us explaining we did not want them in the start she snatch the item out of our hand and shut the window in my face with no apology and complete disrespect while the manager stood their without apologize and rolled her eyes. We proceeded to come back in to pay the difference and get spoon but as we tried to speak to the manager she then proceeded to walk away and ignore us because the staff has yelled in our face stating that the item was more expensive for us the price didn’t matter we didn’t feel comfortable not paying and came in to get the spoons - attempted to speak to the staff, however no one was at the counter. The manager saw us, rolled her eyes again and walked away which resulted to us having to call the her over. We asked about the price difference - if we come donate instead and the manager had yelled at saying “I can’t charge you” - they gave us cold fries, which were upside down all over the bag and half filled drinks .
