Too many times they have stuffed up our order or created a not-to-par burger. But yesterday was the last straw. We ordered from the self-serve screens, then paid, then sat down for the food to be brought to us. The purpose of using their new table number system is so that the food is brought out to you. We went to sit down. 20-30mins but no order came out. I went to see what had happened to our order, so I walked towards the pickup area, and spotted my latte sitting on their coffee area bench. It wasn't bundled with our meal but just left on the bench for someone to take away. I asked the lady and then I took the drink and proceeded to the pick up area. Then I saw another worker who called out our table no.; she didn't call out the order number, just the table no. And I raised my hand and said that's our order. The lady was ready to hand it over to me but she could see I was holding my drink, and our receipt and our table no. so she carried it around and I walked to our table where she could place it down for us. It annoyed me that she was expecting us to take it to our seats, because the whole point of the table no. system is for them to bring it to you. Anyways, got our food and my partner's wrap wasn't included. So he had to take the receipt back up to the counter. He told them the situation, and a wrap was to be made. Then he waited at the pickup area and had to tell them twice he was waiting on his order, which they replied for both times, "What was your order again?" and everyone who walked in and ordered after him were attended to and had received their food ahead of him. After that ordeal and 20-30mins waiting at the pickup area, he came back with no wrap. He said one of the workers said they will bring it out to our table, but he had been watching them at the back, and no one had started on his wrap at all. We were very frustrated at this point. But we waited and after another 10-15mins the wrap came out. Then after we finished our meal and left for home, I remembered I ordered an apple pie that I didn't receive as well. The trouble we had to go through distracted us and I completely forgot about my apple pie. At this point, it doesn't matter to us anymore, so it's final, we're no longer going back there. The girl who was taking our order, made us repeat the same thing couple of times. we saw our order on the screen and it was wrong. Even though we said 2 lactose-free mochas maybe 3 times already, we tried to say it again but she started serving to the other car. Anyways when we were up to pay our order we repeat it again and she confirmed. This was abusive enough then when we were waiting to pick up our coffees a guy asked what's our order. We repeated our order again :) Another girl came and said no! You only have one coffee with full cream milk. So we explained the situation again but sadly only solution she could aggressively provide us was ‘you need to park your car pay your second coffee and we ca make the coffee for you’ I said excuse me, this is not our fault. The girl made a mistake so why I have to figure this out?! She did not take any responsibility at all. Did not provide any customer service. Did not find a quick and easy solution. I asked to get a refund as of course I was not going to bother myself to park the car & get no good customer service. she was like ‘okay’ disrespectfully. This is not acceptable! I am pretty sure a coffee she could offer us to apologise would not shot down the MC Donalds. Instead of that she disappointed us & made herself uncomfortable too. it was actually so simple. People who you are hiring accept to work there. I don't care if they are unhappy or don't like their job. At the end of the day as a customer I would like to see a proper service even it's just small a dollar order.

Read moreIt's a joke - the attitude of managers with the eye rolling and shrugging at other staff when letting them know ur order is missing something annoys me. It shows how often it happens at this joint... he said to me rudely while giving me satchels of sauce "you can put ketchup in the muffin yourself" as an example to staff which was really offputting and a bit aggressive. Worse yet... Looked at my card transaction and was charged twice as well $18.00, told that putting orders in are "too confusing for the worker". It was 1 x breakfast meal come on.
Check your card transaction because their screen to confirm your meal at payment bay isn't on so you can't check what they are charging you or if your order is right. I got a cash refund which wasn't correct either. Not sure how many customers are being double charged and don't check.
Staff obviously need basic training so managers won't be frustrated to hear feedback and then resorting to getting annoyed at customers for simply asking for what they paid (double) for?
