The lady at the counter was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I played and extra $2 to add chilly sauce to my chips on one of my orders. Once my order was ready, I walked up to the counter and noticed there was no sauce on one of my orders. I noticed a bottle of chilli sauce on the counter and as I reached for the bottle, a man who appeared to be the owner intervened and started to talk at me saying do not touch my sauce! I tried to remain composed as his approach was rude and arrogant and didn't give me a chance to advised the staff that I had payed for extra sauce. I replied to this man by saying don't talk to me, there is no issue here. He insisted on talking at me and concluded that I didn't pay for the extra sauce. This frustrated me and could not believe how difficult it was. I t got to the point where I had to walk back to register with my receipt and get confirmation that I had played for the sauce. Once confirmed , the man who appeared to be the owner acknowledged that I did pay. He still insisted on talking at me by saying yes you did pay but for only one meal, instead of apologising for the inconvenience and being so rude. At this point, I was so upset I yelled keep your f--king sauce and refused to take it. However the staff behind the counter were doing a great job and I'm sorry that had to witness my dummy spit all because of 1 man who intervened and wanted to talk and not listen. Read moreWorst food we have ever eaten, ordered the original burger with rice. The burger was stone cold, my husband took it back and was met by a very rude middle age woman. My husband explained to her that the burger was cold and that we wanted it replaced with a fresh one. This was not met with any apology, or friendliness, just a stare and the word "cold". Yes my husband replied, very cold and the chicken schnitzel is dry & hard. She snatched the burger from the counter and returned 1 minute later with another burger, which turned out to be worse than the first. After 1 bite, this burger went in the bin, the rice was soggy and very salty, which also went in the bin. On the bright side the can of coke was fresh, cold and full of bubbles that we really did enjoy 😀.
It was very clear the burgers are made way in advance, sitting in a warmer waiting to be quickly shipped out to the customer. This was not a good experience for us, customer service was poor, no cutlery or serviettes provided in our take away order for the rice. Mitch Still insisted I shall leave the shop as I was in putting the shop at risk. I notice the two tradies in front had there mask under the chin was being served. I left and decide to call to have a private conversation. Well Mitch had answered the call, straight away he had answered me with a ‘what up’ like straight away I knew I was going to deal with inexperience Maneger. He explained that the store was following the law and that the medical condition doesn’t comply. I explained that there action doesn’t help my condition and if anything makes it worse as I feel discriminated due to my sicknesses.
