Order 185 dine in on 13/2/18. I work up the road just small walking distance. I eat here daily. Today I was completely dissatisfied with my experience in store. To be fair the male manager on duty at the time handled the situation just as you would be spect a manger to do so. I’m really pleased with his professionalism and they way he acted upon the situation. Firstly I tried to use the mobile kiosk to place my order. I was u able to order the new spicy double chicken as it was not on the kiosk menu. So I placed my order at the counter. Was asked fine in or take away. I asked for dine. Paid and was provided a receipt and number sign for me to place on my table. The young lady then told me to take a seat in the restaurant and we will bring your order out shortly to you. I took a seat. Being about 15 minutes waiting I was concerned that I had been forgotten. A young boy was bringing food to other customers who had ordered and had seated after me. I was beginning to think that I was forgoton or possibly someone else had taken my meal. I walked over to the counter. The manager was dealing with another matter, looked to me as he was sorting out something with an Uber driver. Anyway I mentioned to him. That I have yet to receive my order. He quickly acted upon my issue asking staff what’s happened to my meal. It was clear the older lady of Indian appearance had only just realised she forgotten preparing my meal. My meal was sitting in the ready burger area. I had a half hour lunch break at 1pm. Being almost 1:30 now I couldn’t possibly enjoy my meal comfortably I asked her if she would refund me as I got to get back to work. She goes no it’s ready I’m doing it now. Anyway since I realised the burgers were made. It’s unfair to throw them out. So I went back to my table and waited at least another 5 minutes. I heard someone shouting out “order 185”. I was meant to be eating dine in. My food was meant to be brought to me like every other customer next to me who had there food Brough to them. Why am I not treated equally. Isn’t my money the some as everyone else’s. I paid the menu prices. As she carried on in angry high pitch voice “order 185” I reached the counter and she said here your orders ready. I then explained that I’m eating in not take away. She the. Try to defend herself and She said “ it doesn’t say on the receipt eat in” she was implying that I’m a liar. What happened to customer service. Supposedly customer is always right. Then I pointed out on the receipt where it showd “eat in” clearly written. No apologies or anything she turned her back and walked off, I blame her for this mix up and she didn’t even apologise. Staff such as her cause problems and give maccas a bad name. Then the manager walked over. Handed me my food asked if I would like my food or refund me. Really I wanted a refund as I was so upset and lost my appetite as well. Anyway I explained I didn’t order take away and the manager sorted it all and asked me to take a seat and he will bring my meal out. He brought it out and also apologised. He understood the situation. He is excellent manager and for that reason I give him 5 stars but unfortunately my experience with the ordering process and the lady staff who I dealt with I have to say zero stars from me. She completely ruined my visit. I had to rush my $22 meal as I needed to get back to work as I was already late. To top it off she then brings food out to a customer beside me and even Had starred at me with a smirk to try rub it in. She knows she did wrong but wanted to show that she got away with it. If I were management id make her walk over and apologise rather than have her treat customers this way. Not to sure I’ll be considering having lunch here again. Especially if that lady is...
Read moreA Five-Star McDonald's Experience: Georgia & Claudia Deserve a Raise!
Let us set the scene: It’s 3 AM. The world outside is dark and quiet, but inside this McDonald’s, it is a beacon of light, literally and metaphorically. My sister and I, exhausted from a long night of cleaning, pulled into the drive-thru expecting the usual: a quick bite and a transaction void of any real human connection. What we got instead? The best customer service of our LIVES.
From the moment we rolled down our window, Georgia greeted us like we were long-lost family. Her energy? Immaculate. Her enthusiasm? Unmatched. She took our order with precision, but more than that, she made us feel seen. Who knew a simple “Would you like fresh chips?” could sound so warm, so full of genuine care? It was as if she knew that scalding hot fries taking residence on our tongue was a small but critical part of our happiness. Such a beautiful young lady with scrumptious manners.
Then came Claudia. Oh, Claudia. She handed us our food with the grace of a five-star maître d’ at the finest restaurant. Not only was our order perfect (a rare feat in fast food at any hour, let alone the witching hour), but she also took an extra second to wish us safe travels. That moment? It hit different. Maybe it was the sleep deprivation talking, but we swear there was something magical in that interaction.
The experience was so mind blowingly beautiful, that my dear sister and I decided to go inside to further immerse ourselves in Wentworthvilles finest mcdonald’s atmosphere. Truly bringing tears to our eyes as we peered around the sparklingly clean and fresh aura of the restaurant itself.
The only downside however, would be a slight comment from a girl called cate? cole? anyways, it was unappreciated but due to the incredible customer service previously displayed, my SISTER and i are more than happy to ignore this.
As we drove off, devouring our hot, perfectly salted fries, we realized something: McDonald’s isn’t just about the food. It’s about the people, whose immaculate labour build the foundation of maccas itself. And Georgia and Claudia? They’re not just employees. They’re the heart and soul of this place.
Corporate, if you’re reading this, give these women a raise. No, scratch that. Give them an empire!! They are the reason people come back, not just for the fries but for the feeling of being cared for even at 3 AM. I feel nurtured, like a new born calf suckling from its mothers teet, the warmth of this experience is unmatched.
Georgia & Claudia, if you ever see this: You are legends. See you next road trip.

Read moreThis lady manager NAILA , verbally assaulted me and my family without knowing the situation. She was yelling at us as if we committed some kind of crime ..Me and my mother and my sister , we went here to grab some food at midnight and while we went to washroom this so called manager came banging on the door , shouting at us yelling at us ( you come out right now , why you used mens washroom .. At first I was like what’s happening, couldn’t process because it was not mens washroom. I even told her , I am doing washroom and what’s happening but this brainless manager kept on shouting and banging (open the door right now ) , I was literally in middle of doing washroom… I had no clue what’s going on, so I went outside and knew it was manager . I asked her why she was acting that way , and what’s with the freaking tone then she rudely said (my cleaner told me someone is on boys washroom) .. I asked her , show me the security footage and how dare she without knowing the right person she came shouting at my family and me ..then she tried to twist and manipulate the situation saying security reason and that I was using accessible washroom which was clearly not the issue ( she was banging in my washroom door yelling what were you doing in mens washroom, come outside right now )
When I entered the restaurant washroom , ladies washroom was in middle of cleaning ( check your security camera ) so I went to accessible washroom and my sister and mother went to ladies washroom afterwards me … She even went to my sister and did same thing , banging on her washroom door (IN LADIES WASHROOM DOOR) It was midnight so I didn’t wanted to escalate the issue but you NAILA (Do BETTER , at-least learn basic mannerism)!!!!! We demanded on security footage because we know we did no mistake, but she was unapologetic, and even told us if you want to report I can write my name for you !!!
