Pizzeria Italiana — Restaurant in Sydney

Just wanted to shout out to these guys for sending undercooked pizza that gave me food poisoning. The centre of the pizza tasted like cold, uncooked meat from the deli.

I called the next day to notify them about the uncontrollable urge to vomit and the fact that I was certain it was their pizza as i hadn't eaten anything else that day and how I had to drink vinegar to dampen the bug and the woman offered no sympathy and essentially attacked my character for trying to seek a resolution regarding the misfortune of eating their poorly made food.

Not once was I ever rude or insulting to this lady or their business.

All I received was a poor attitude and being attacked with their exceptionally bad customer service I experienced.

To the owner, if you make big mistakes like that you may one day end up sending someone to hospital from undercooked meats that have also been handled improperly as the bug was fast acting and quickly effected me in a sever way.

Sending this review as your karma for your foul demeanour and distasteful...

Specifically asked for no tomato base on the pizza. Asked for extra bbq on the base only, lady on the phone said yes no problem. Paid, took the pizzas home for it to have tomato on the base and absolutely flooded with bbq on-top to the point it’s un edible.

When I rang to tell them I specifically asked for no tomato on the base, lady on the phone told me to bad they all come with tomato. So I’m assuming the bases are pre-made not fresh if the tomato isn’t able to be taken off. The lady on the phone should have told me it isn’t possible instead of taking my order and taking my money and proceeding to give me something I specifically asked to be without. I was very reluctant to reviewing this place and mentioning anything but I thought I better speak up.

The pizza is ok, to he honest the flavour of the base and how they cook it is what makes the flavour very impressed with the flavour. However I personally don't want to have to dig through lumps and lumps of cheese to be able to enjoy my Hawaiian pizza. Even my kids couldn't handle the cheese and had to pick it out for them. I purchased a gourmet pizza which is much more expensive then their traditional pizza and was pretty disappointed in the flavour, it was as if no love was gone into it at all..
