11/1/19 - 6:45pm, went through drive through and place my order, paid, went to the collect window and was asked to wait in one of the free parking spaces, waited 10 ( raining outside). Finally someone came with my order, well part of it, was told that the raspberry slushy machine wasn’t working, did I want another flavour, told her no as my girls don’t like the other flavours and their 2nd choice was a vanilla thick shake. She went back inside and then came out again and told me she couldn’t replace them as of price difference. I told her that’s fine I’ll pay for the difference, went back then came out again and asked me how did I pay, I told her card, she then said I had to come inside. Meanwhile my order was getting cold so I said yes, but please remake my order as it’s getting cold now. Went inside, manager got the drinks ready including my vanilla sundae, hot food was remade. Was asked to recheck, which I did, though everything was there, but one of the fries was missing, which I discovered as driving out. Had to go back, extremely frustrating all because they didn’t tell me when ordering the slushy machine wasn’t working. They should have just given me the vanilla shakes for free instead of making me get out in the rain, and inconveniencing the customer. The manager was giving me attitude when I told her she forgot one of the fries - Not good customer service skills at all. Food was cold by the time I got home, sundae was melted. Shame on you. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Kellyville Ridge location on 11 February 2025. Time : 5:55 pm and onwards. During my visit, I encountered an issue with the excessively loud music and noise from the staff, which severely impacted my ability to conduct a crucial job interview over the call.
Despite multiple requests to the staff to lower the volume, the noise level remained unchanged. This disruption resulted in the interviewer being unable to hear me clearly, ultimately costing me the job opportunity that I desperately needed to cover my living expenses.
In addition to the above is there is no wifi . Not sure why. When i asked them saying Maccas do normally have free wifi. Have been here number of time but there is no wifi ever. Which is ridiculous if you plan to work here or come for a meeting.
I am reaching out to request that McDonald's take responsibility for this situation. I kindly ask for assistance in providing me with a job opportunity that can help me manage my bills and living expenses, as the lost opportunity was a direct result of the conditions at your establishment.
I would appreciate a prompt response to discuss how this matter can be resolved.

Drive through - order completeness is about 50% reliability and expect any sundae, chips or mcflurry to be half empty most of the time. Also make you proceed to parking to boost their metrics even for simple orders like cheesburger meals or b&e muffins. As a delivery agent this store is the worst experience possible, the staff ignore delivery agents putting all other orders ahead of these - I have waited well over 20minutes on most occasions to even be acknowledged by staff - often having to yell to get their attention I decline this store every time as many others do now. Food is always stuffed if you're ordering on a delivery app - because of points 1&2
Aggreed mcdonalds corporate should review this franchise - quality is not consistent and service is not quick - literally the only two redeeming features of a mcdonalds.....
19-07-22 update - last 3 orders they've forgotten my apple pie every time - you'd think I'd learn they can't...
