Mr K's Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Speechless. Mr K talked a big game, but wow did he walk the walk. I ordered a schnitzel wrap, a standard order from a cafe. However Mr K cooks it fresh, FRESH. Never have I not just been given a pre made wrap from a cafe. I was already in awe, yet when I had my first bite, tears began to well in my eyes as I admired the true deliciousness of this perfect wrap. The chicken was moist and the contents were in perfect portions creating the best schnitzel wrap I had ever had. Whilst I enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help envy the their customers reactions to their coffee. I had to order a coffee, I wasn't even in the mood for a coffee, yet I ordered one anyway. With a cheeky grin on his face, Mr K made me his special coffee. I had already been proved wrong with the wrap, but can a coffee really taste that much different? It did, it was incredible. I had downed the coffee in under a minute wondering where it had gone. I can not give this place high enough praise, and both Mr/Mrs K are lovely hosts. There's something about a café where they're quite clearly NOT just going through the motions. From Tony's exuberant greeting through the initial conversation/ordering and on to the food itself everything about lunch today screamed out that this was somewhere we were going to come back to. Soon. We tasted the love and quality packed into the greek burger that we shared. I went in this morning and ordered a Iced Coffee the lady was so nice and asking if I wanted ice cream or anything extra I said no thanks just the ice coffee, unfortunately this was extremely externally sweet to the point I couldn’t drink it it was all chocolate syrup I would say Quarter and couldn’t taste any coffee at all. $9.50 for the ice coffee don’t have a problem with the staff or the place really nice people but this was SHOCKING 3 hours later you can still see how much chocolate syrup is in...
