My fiance and i came to eat lunch on Saturday the 25th of November around 1.45, 2pm.
There was a young boy working and taking orders, a young female making the yeros and a older lady at the back that came towards the end when I asked to speak to her. The young gentlemen had a soft gesture and greeted us well, as we already knew what we wanted to eat we proceeded with the payment. Now the last time I checked there is no issue at all if a customer wants to insert their card or tap. Everyone has their own preferences on how they want to pay, my fiance inserted his card put his pin and the machine took a while but we weren't in a rush nor was the young gentleman that was serving us. My fiance then asked does the machine usually take this long, as he asked that question that young arrogant girl came to the register and told me off with a dreadful attitude and had the audacity to ask why we are not tapping and told us that it's our problem, and still continued to be dreaful. Firstly the customer service was disgusting and I will not tolerate people attacking me for no reason so I gave her my word as a professional that her professionalism was appalling and how she spoke was unacceptable and is there a problem if a customer wants to tap or insert. She walked off with continuous attitude and said whatever. The poor boy was dumbfounded, my partner got offended and did not take this well he actually approached her in a calm manner but she had so much arrogance. Then the older lady came out and I just pulled her aside and asked her if she was the manager and she said she wasn't. So I wanted to express myself as a customer that her work colleague was absolutely appalling, the lady laughed in my face and walked off. I will be taking this further if nothing is sorted. These work colleagues females had no respect and do not deserve a job until their attitude is sorted. You won't get anywhere in life with this disgusting manner. Today's generation have no moral or respect for people. You cannot work in a customer service work place if you will treat customers poorly. Everyone has bad days but there is no way you bring this to a work place. You leave that outside the door. Bosses and manager's really need to choose their employee's in a careful way because this is how you lose buisness by arrogant little teenagers and an older lady that you'd think would be more mature enough to at least apologise instead laughed in a customer's face. How disgusting. Looking from other reviews with people's experience clearly thing's haven't changed.

Service staff were all aloof (I had 3 male staff members notice me from the side/back of their store and yet none of them approached to serve. Instead, they continued on having their conversation. I had to wave a female staff member who was nearby the cool room totally engrossed in the task of salad prep to even look up once in a while to check if customers were there and waiting. She did eventually come over after realising none of the other staff took initiative themselves to step in to serve. By then there was a line forming of customers waiting to place their order.
Ordered the mini tzimmy meal deal ($13.90). The pita wrap's chicken filling was cold and soggy. Accompanying salad and yogurt sauce were standard. Thankfully the chips were fresh and seasoned on the spot in front of me. For what it's worth even though the price is reasonable for this meal deal, if you're after a feed where all food items are freshly made and properly served; you're better off buying from the many other eateries nearby.
It's advisable if the owners are wanting to ensure positive customer experiences, then a serious re-evaluation needs to occur of how this particular store is being run. Read moreI recently had the misfortune of visiting Zeus Greek Restaurant, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. The young lady at the counter displayed an appalling level of rudeness and treated me with absolute disdain.
Upon approaching the counter to place my order, I was met with an unpleasant surprise. The young lady, who seemed disinterested and clearly overwhelmed, flat out refused to take my order. Her excuse? She claimed that they had too many orders and couldn't accommodate any more.
Now, I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the way she handled the situation was beyond unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining the situation or offering alternatives, she bluntly stated, "It's only food, get over it." Excuse me? Last time I checked, I came to a restaurant to, you know, order food.
Her dismissive attitude and lack of customer service skills were truly disheartening. It's disconcerting when a representative of a restaurant not only refuses service but also delivers such a condescending remark. It left me wondering if customer satisfaction holds any importance at Zeus Greek Restaurant.
