I recently dined at Mr Ko and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting.
The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, from classic favorites like garlic beef and Sweet and Sour Pork to more regional specialties. I started with the seafood rice noodle soup, which was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat and tang. The Dim Sum selection was also impressive, with delicate dumplings and flavorful fillings that melted in your mouth.
Every dish we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented.
The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. They made sure our glasses were never empty and checked in regularly without being intrusive.

They're consistently good and service is fast, even on a busy Friday night-I usually call in to place my order before arriving and it's ready within a couple of minutes when I'm there to pick-up.
Would highly recommend their steak in black pepper sauce: So flavourful and tender, lots of pepper and perfect with rice. Big portion as well, as I had enough leftovers for a full dinner the next night. I just wish it came with veggies.
My only critique is that their menu doesn't include what ingredients are in each dish. My brother is allergic to sesame seeds and a dish I'd ordered for him came with them on top, when in the past and at other places, it was never added in, so please be careful and make sure to double check if you do have dietary requirements.

Read moreThis place is a hidden gem! The satay chicken and salt and pepper chicken are some of the best I’ve ever had. The food is consistently delicious, though the restaurant itself has aged a bit, so don’t expect a fancy ambiance if you choose to dine in. If you're in the area and need takeout, definitely stop by for the amazing satay chicken, along with some honey chicken or salt and pepper chicken. Normally, I’ve come to expect longer wait times at Chinese restaurants, so I’m always pleasantly surprised by how quickly my takeout is ready. I highly recommend trying the Szechuan chicken! Consider booking if you are with a large group or if you want to booking on...
