WORST SUBWAY EVER !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! My wife and I attend a church nearby every Sunday morning and last Sunday we decided to try subway for a change. First time we went they were out of a bunch of ingredients (including their advertised gluten free wraps). No apologies to my wife who can only eat gluten free just (we don’t have any more). Staff are rude and definitely not trained in customer service at all. One young girl didn’t even greet us, not even a smile. To top it off she didn’t even have her hair tied back while making our lunch. We thought it might have just been a bad day so we went again today to give it a second chance. Same result. Lack of ingredients (including the gluten free wraps again). Honestly I don’t know how they can already be out of ingredients at 11:45am! So my wife yet again has to have a regular wrap. The young girl (with her hair not tied up AGAIN) was rude again and didn’t apologise for not having what we asked for. She then made my wife’s wrap so rough that she made a huge tear in the middle of the wrap and refused to make another one so instead tried to cover her mistake by wrapping it in a SECOND WRAP ! Meanwhile 3 more people are waiting to be served after us and the second girl was yet to come out of hiding in the back. To sum up save yourself the trouble and NEVER COME HERE ! Lack of key ingredients, undertrained staff who cant make a simple sandwich or wrap and completely lack in customer service. Also the restaurant itself was filthy and all the ingredients looked either frozen or days old. If I could award this Subway 0 stars I would !...
Read moreAppalling, if I could give the service 0 I would, from the filthy looks we received when we walked in, to the attitude we were hit with when ordering, faith I believe to be her name gave us a stank look when we entered the store, and upon ordering the younger woman rolled her eyes and proceeded to say “ what you want”. When I asked for an ingredient I got “no” “don’t have it”. After the sandwiches were made faith served us at the counter to pay, she didn’t offer any drinks or cookies I had to stop and ask for them, when I asked for the small cokes, she said no and gave us the upsize even though there were plenty of small ones in the fridge, as we were paying our sandwiches were being wrapped up and tossed to the counter, I’m utterly appalled at the service and the snarky looks we received, is it too much to ask to get basic ethical service and respect, extremely disappointed, don’t bother ordering from here unless you like filthy looks and attitude from faith, I thoroughly believe that an intervention is necessary for these employees, and last but not least the cheese was rancid and my partner is complaining that she’s feeling Ill seeing the poor sanitary conditions and the quality of her...
Read moreYesterday, I visited the Hoxton Park, Lurnea Subway because the Casula branch is currently under renovation. Unfortunately, the specific bread my son prefers was out of stock, so I left without ordering. I decided to give it another try today, July 4th, and arrived at the store at 9:15 PM. The listed closing time online is 9:30 PM, but the store was already closed. I knocked on the door, hoping to clarify the situation. A staff member without any courtesy or apology, simply yelled, “We are closed.” When I pointed out that the website lists 9:30 PM as closing time, she repeated that they close at 9:00 PM — offering no explanation for the discrepancy. I find this both frustrating and unacceptable. It’s incredibly inconvenient to drive out of my way, only to be turned away rudely and misled by incorrect store hours. I would appreciate it if you could consider updating online hours to reflect actual closing times to avoid...
