Mr manoosh — Restaurant in Sydney

Been coming here for two years as Mr Manoush is my local manoush store. This morning I was disappointed by the customer service my sister received while ordering pizza for our family. She was on the phone for less than a minute and was told to “hurry up, can you please order quickly I have other people on the line.” Very arrogant, very rude person to his customers, not the correct way to speak to your customers no matter how busy the shop is. Seen this attitude many times in the store as well towards other customers, if this arrogance continues, expect a loss of customers. We decided to order manoush from else where this morning and took our time on the phone, with no complaints, this is how customer service should be handled. We will not be coming back here again, we pay you money we expect nice service, especially for the prices your manoush. So unprofessional and rude, don’t take orders over the phone if you can’t handle peak...
