Piccolo Me Bankstown Airport — Restaurant in Sydney

I came here with a friend and was absolutely disgusted we ordered a Cesar salad and while I was eating I found a lady bug on a Piece of lettuce and a a black mosquito at the bottom of the salad covered in sauce dead I was horrified at this I showed this to the owner and not only did he want to argue that it probably flew in which is impossible as they were dead he refused to give a refund as he said he didn’t know how which is ridiculous and only wanted to give store credit by telling me to leave my name and number. This service was disgusting he was insisting that his kitchen is clean and that this has never happened before saying next time he wouldn’t give store credit or anything as “it’s not their fault” he was saying that’s someone has taught me to do this insisting that I out the bugs in there this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting what a horrible attitude. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen he was extremely unprofessional and rude. He Couldn’t take the blame for his own restaurants fault trying to blame it on someone else. Every Saturday we visit Piccolo Me at Bankstown Airport. The cafe is situated a short distance from airport and has a range of seating options including chairs and tables on the deck under the umbrellas or the outdoor tables surrounded by beautifully manicured lawns and gardens. Nagi and his team go well and beyond with exceptional friendly service every time we visit. The coffee is fantastic and bacon and egg rolls hit the spot every time! Absolutely amazing service. I went out for a nice catch up for coffee and breakfast with my family and we were greeted with smiles and happy customer service! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and owners at piccolo me for their amazing hospitality today. 10/10
