The coffee is bitter and so is the male owners attitude! Absolutely disgusting experience this morning. Owner gave me a disgusting bitter coffee, I’ve been here many times and never got a coffee so bitter, there’s been times it’s too milky and I say nothing but today it was so bitter I asked if this was just campus brand or if it was the bottom of the batch. I didn’t tell him my family owned a coffee establishment for over 20 years so I know that was his incorrect storage or over brewing of the beans. I just gave him the opening to make a new one with a new machine batch.

Instead he demanded his workers give me a refund saying no one has ever complained about my coffee before (if you check google that’s clearly a lie) and one worker grabbed my coffee back confused but I said no just give it to me (I had no time to get new one). It was like living in the episode “nazi soup” of Seinfeld. Insanity, disgusting behaviour, owner can’t take any feed back and his coffee is inconsistent. I wish I took the refund tbh because I literally forced it down for a pick me up because I had no time for Anything else. The 711 coffee would have been better. I asked the a local store owner near by while I picked up and order if she liked the coffee just to see if he is right about his perfect reputation and she said it’s usually too milky and inconsistent. This is what locals say about you so drop the arrogance. Your wife was sweet but looks so scared of you, begging me to just shove sugar in the coffee to hide the bitterness “because your coffee is always amazing no one thinks otherwise” is lol do you read your reviews because they...

The food was really good and relatively cheap as well. The coffee has also gotten better through the months after they fixed some of their employee issues.
