Dear Noodle Junction Wednesday night staff and management. There are 2 words you need to study in the English dictionary….. ‘manners’ and ‘class’

These were totally not present for our after touch footy dinner tonight. You were all absolutely disgusting and rude and have lost my business forever!

We arrived at 8pm, and you close at 9, which is perfectly fine. But to come and stand over us at 9pm sharp and demand we put the meals we hadn’t finished in take away containers and leave is just totally unacceptable and uncivilised!

And when I politely asked why? The woman in charge told me that ‘her dog was lonely at home’ and that ‘I can stay if I pay all of her staff to stay’…….. to wash 4 plates and cups

Are you serious? We were 3/4 done and required 5-10 minutes to finish our meals in peace!

So instead of hanging back and giving us space, you got in our face and made a big big drama for no reason at all

When I refused and told them I’m sitting here until I finish meal, they repeatedly threatened to call the police!

I told them to go ahead and that they would be absolutely laughed at for wasting everyone’s time

The lady in charge started screaming and carrying on, then even tried to take back some extra leftover laksa she had given us earlier as a gift that was on the table which I had to hold down with my hand, she is an absolute child!

If you are the owner of this restaurant you need to check the footage and see how rude and unnecessarily disgusting your staff are

This nutcase woman should be fired immediately! You can not treat people, let alone paying customers like this!

Slow Down and Learn to be civilised! We are not monkeys in the zoo, as humans we sit and eat and enjoy a meal with friends,

We ordered over $80 in food and drinks, so not to be given 5 minutes to finish our meal was so so rude.

I finished my meal by 9.08 and put all the plates and cutlery together and took it over to the bench. And even wiped the table down

Next time someone hasn’t finished their meal, how about sitting down with them and having some tea like a civilised mature human?? And ask them how they are going and if their meal is nice?

Get some class about you!

Even out when a bar closes, they comfortably let you finish your drink without getting pushy

For over 25 years I have gone to your restaurant....

Had a dine in meal here last Friday as we frequently get takeaway and as I'm on a low carb diet two of us ordered a large boiled rice which costs $5, the small costs $4. I only ate two spoonfuls of rice but we were charged $8. When I questioned the overcharge I was told that everyone pays $4 per head for rice irrespective of how much you eat. That's fine so I asked the lady where this is written in the menu, she got very defensive and if so why is there a small and large rice in the menu if everyone gets charged $4 per head irrespective. I politely informed her that I ordered one large rice not two small and if they have this $4 per head rice rule , why didn't the waitress inform me. It's not the money, I hate getting screwed. I was polite, I didn't raise my voice I spoke nicely to them but I asked difficult and embarrassing questions in front of other patrons. On my way out I was told not to come back. So let's get this into perspective, I get charged for items I didn't order and I still paid for this food I didn't order, but because I questioned the bill, I have been banned from the restaurant. Their loss. This is totally insane. We spend $150-$200 per month on takeaway yet they lose a customer over $3...
