There is an angry brown haired south american lady( customer) that hoards 2 tables at the back near the drinking fountain she puts her bags there and says shes minding the chairs for friends she does this every single morning, I was there today for 1 hour and zero friends turned up, I spoke to the staff about this and they called the manager on the phone to discuss, any actual paying customers who are already in the shop should be allowed to sit there or anywhere vacant as there is no reserved seating sighns, fellow customers are scared of her, I blame management, YOU NEED TO LET THIS LADY KNOW SHE CANT DO THIS , there were a group of squashed customers sitting on the other side of the room,where it was neant to be a relaxing time as I spent 8 dollars on a coffee was in turn a screaming match between the two of us. Other customers thanked me as she always gets her own way, message to management FIX THIS LADY TODAY she cannot reserve seats daily you have been allowing this for far too long this needs...

This deserves a review. It’s probably the rudest and most uninviting OB I’ve been to. What’s the actual point offering a loyalty card when staff will kick up a stink on the occasion a customer has earned their free drink? I don’t carry my card with me at all times and have spontaneously popped in for a coffee, accumulating 3 cards. Today I asked to redeem my ‘free’ coffee. The lady was unsmiling and abrupt and refused to accept my loyalty cards (no big deal, drinks are already at a high price there). She claimed they must be all stamped on one card only. Never have I heard of such crap, where’s the fine print stating this? I put my foot down and she said ‘fine but only this one’. I still had to pay more, mind you. Customer service lacks. I’ve been to this OB a number of times, there are other friendlier ones I’ll buy from...
