We highly recommend this place! The staff especially the manager always a welcoming smile, we were new customers and from the first time we came in nothing but great friendly helpful service. We have 2 autistic sons that only eat certain things cheese pizza being one of them, they were so kind to meet our needs that we requested and we have not had a bad one yet very consistent and that is important with autistic little ones like ours. You may think how can you get a cheese pizza wrong it is very possible believe us or you just get treated horrible for the changes you make even if we say we don’t mind paying extra for the inconvenience but not at this place it’s so refreshing and we go there at least 2 times a week our boys love it and friends we’ve told also...

I kept standing on the counter for more than 10 minutes and the staff ignored me. Then a guy came to serve so I told him that I had ordered online and was there to pick it up. Then he proceeded to prepare another order for the next few minutes. After 10 minutes he opened the heated rack, took out my order and gave it to me. If the order was already prepared before a customer entered the store, they should not ignore the customer and waste their time. Give the order to the customer if it’s already prepared. Doesn’t even take 5 seconds. Common sense can be of help in providing good customer experience, you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to take such decisions.

We ordered a supreme pizza and a tiramisu. The pizza had a nice crispy crust and was topped with ingredients like pepperoni, pineapple, capsicum, and cheese. It tasted freshly made and overall quite satisfying. The shop is mainly for takeaway — there’s only one small table with two seats inside. There are also two other pizza places nearby, so competition in the area is pretty intense.

Unfortunately, the tiramisu was a bit disappointing. It lacked the sweet, boozy flavour we were expecting. That said, we did enjoy the pistachio paste, which is somehow too sweet though.

We only went because of the EatClub discount — honestly, we probably wouldn’t go back...
