I agree with many remarks read here such as; the variety of imported products BUT the friendliness is ZERO. Looks like this people are the owners and are tired of running the business- it’s very unpleasant to deal with the two sisters and the younger guy. Why I’m writing this message because I coped this a couple of times but this time had enough as the salami ordered when I came home realized it was off. After receiving such looks- I choose not to complaint to them- as I’m sure an excuse exist- BUT TO WARN POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS TO OVERSEE THEIR CUST SERVICE UNFRIENDLINESS and check your products before you leave the store and I hope the owners read this message- looks like all three of you who are in the counter- you guys represent this store and what a disgusting representation you guys make- to wreck some ting is harder than to fix! This is oriental philosophy that looks like has not reached your ears. GO AND DO SOME THING ELSE AND STOP MAKING YOURSELF TOXIC AND SMUDGE THIS TOXICNESS TO...
Read moreI'm torn as to whether I should try and keep this place a secret, or scream from the highest mountain how ridiculously good this place is!
Ok, I'll share the "secret"....I'm 57yrs old, married into an Italian family 20 years ago. They all lived NO WHERE NEAR Skorin Deli, Arcadia, Kenthurst, Miranda, Marrickville, but they ALL make the regular trip to Concord to stock up.

After going to Skorin you may find yourself at another more "convenient" Deli in the future, and you'll be kicking yourself because you know your missing out on the best priced most authentic Italian...

When I called the store to ask about it the lady who answered hung up on me even though she was probably the cause of this problem. I called again and the owner said “senorita, I have the right to check bags” when she sauce bottles weren’t even in my mothers bags.
This behaviour was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Why would anyone steal two pasta sauce bottles that are sold in delis and shops all across Sydney? Shocking way to treat...
