I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it's never been a problem but last night's experience was disappointing. We were seated at the back as they had a birthday party (which was ok). However, none of the staff came over to take our order so I went to the front to find someone and lo and behold, they were standing around chatting to each other. I asked if I could order, which they didn't even realise or care that the only reason I came out was because nobody came to serve us. The waitress didn't apologise and even had the audacity to give me a funny look because I was forced to walk up to them to order my food.
All the other customers around us in the back area (who all happened to be mostly caucasian) received fantastic service, the waitresses came and took their orders promptly and even chatted to them. The owner and manager even personally came up to chat to them, probably because he felt bad about giving them a table at the back but we also sat at the back too, with no acknowledgement. The level of service we got was far from what they got, and I'm disappointed and wonder if they treat non-caucasian customers worse, because it definitely feels like that way.
I am paying the same as these other customers but if you are going to treat me like garbage, I'm sorry but I will be taking my business elsewhere and spending it where I'm treated with basic respect and customer service. Shame on you...

For starters, We had Chicken Satay is a must-try. Money bag, which were crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside with the sweet plum sauce.
For mains, we had the jungle curry, a rich and creamy coconut curry with tender beef that was simply divine. The Pad see ew was another standout, expertly cooked with a perfect combination of sweetness and spice. Every dish was seasoned beautifully and left us savoring every bite.
But the real surprise came at the end of the meal. As we were finishing up, the staff brought out a special anniversary dessert—a beautifully presented plate of Deep fried caramel ice cream. This version featured a delicately spiced coconut ice cream alongside. It was an unexpected and sweet surprise, and the perfect ending to a...
Read moreTo keep things short had a group lunch here. Food and especially service was poor at best. Tried the food prior to booking and the food and service was significantly different (much better).
On the day of our group lunch they had one wait staff for 20 people and she was clearly more interested in going round back to do god knows what. She had an annoyed face on the whole time, so yeah pretty uncomfortable asking her for anything. Resturant basically had zero table service and i hope whoever ended up paying didnt tip.
Food wise my only issue was the portion sizes were pathetic it was much better value ordering from the menu than the banquet options. It doesnt help when the serving bowl is huge but the portion is for one person. Pork belly and prawn were both pretty sad with a couple bits in the dishes, plenty of chicken and beef oddly enough. Food by itself gets a 2/5 below avg thai food.
Overall, the place was ill prepared to recieve us even thou we booked weeks in advance and confirmed the numbers days prior. Also, I saw only one other table with customers while we were there for 2 hours, so i really dont know what the deal was...
