As the name suggests, they are great for Pho. The broth was light, strained well and not too dark, albeit a touch on the sweeter side. Aromatic and balanced, sliced beef, brisket, tendon, beef balls servings were decent. The cooked meat was cooked well, soft and the tendon was melty.

Red rice and chicken was good, decent for a dish they don't specialise in. Shaking beef with rice was a bit of a let down. The beef was overcooked and they didn't velvet it. Adding a pinch of baking soda moments before cooking would have transformed it. In saying that, the flavours were still great.

Pho More is located in Moorebank as well as Riverwood. Both taste similar, however Riverwood have slightly bigger portions, while Moorebank I found the portion rather small.
