Sushi Choi — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now to satisfy my sushi cravings, and I can confidently say it’s some of the best around. The quality is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients that really stand out. Each sushi roll is made to order, and you can taste the difference in the freshness of the fish and other components. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do.

The customer service is always top-notch, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate any special requests. It’s always nice to find a local spot where you know you’re going to get great food and service every time you visit.

The only downside is that they close a bit early, at 8:30 PM, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re craving sushi later in the evening. Food was delicious, however there have been few things that's a tad bit salty but I wouldn't make a big deal out of it. Such as the teriyaki chicken, it was abit too salty and it didn't taste like the teriyaki chicken you have at proper Japanese restaurants. And the soft shell crab, they're better at Thai restaurants. However, Very cosy interior restaurant, spacious and even though I ordered a take away I already can see the so called "dining comfort" type of atmosphere. In addition, service from the waitstaff and kitchen people shows they're welcoming attitude. Brilliant customer service. Reasonable price. They deserve this 5 star review. I had dinner at Sushi Choi recently and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and the staff were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of bold, clean flavors. The highlight of the meal for me was the grilled octopus – it was tender, perfectly charred, and bursting with flavor.
