I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Pista House in Wentworthville, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with both their biryani and the customer service provided by the front service girl.

Let's start with the biryani. I ordered their special chicken biryani, expecting a flavorful and aromatic dish. However, what I received was a huge letdown. The biryani lacked the authentic flavors and spices that are characteristic of a good biryani. The rice was clumpy and undercooked, while the chicken pieces were dry and tough. It was evident that the biryani had been hastily prepared, and the quality suffered as a result. For the price I paid, I expected a much better culinary experience.

The customer service at Pista House Wentworthville was equally disappointing. The front service girl displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. She seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence when I entered the restaurant. When I approached her to place my order, she was rude and impatient, showing no willingness to assist or answer my questions. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

To add to the frustration, the front service girl seemed more preoccupied with her personal phone conversations than attending to customers. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to wait longer than necessary for her to take my order, and even then, she made errors and seemed unapologetic about them.

Overall, my experience at Pista House Wentworthville was highly disappointing. The quality of the biryani was subpar, and the customer service provided by the front service girl was lacking in every aspect. Our visit to Pista House was primarily centered around our love for their mutton biryani, as it always has been. We opted for the Nawabi plate, and what we received was a generously-sized plate of biryani, with the mutton pieces tucked beneath the fragrant rice and a serving of chicken 65 pieces on top.

The biryani itself was a standout – perfectly cooked with the right balance of flavors and spices. The aroma alone was enough to whet our appetites, and the chicken 65 served alongside it was nothing short of perfect, a delightful accompaniment to the biryani.

However, there was a minor setback in this otherwise delectable experience. The mutton pieces, which are usually the highlight of the dish, were somewhat disappointing. They had a slightly rubbery texture, which was unexpected and took away from the overall enjoyment of the biryani.

In summary, Pista House continues to excel in delivering a delectable biryani experience, and the chicken 65 was a pleasant addition. While the mutton biryani's flavor was on point, the texture of the mutton pieces left a bit to be desired. It's still a great place to satisfy your biryani cravings, but it might be worth keeping in mind the texture of the mutton...

Briyani is not to bad however the bottom was a little oil... be prepared to wait though, we went on a Saturday night and was told to come back in 45 mins as they were still cooking. Now as I herd good things abt this place we agreed.. we came back in 45 mins they took our order (might I mention these guys have no customer service skills) we sat down to eat ( in a place that is below standards and with ppl that clearly have no manners eating with their mouths open food coming out of their mouth while eating etc) after watching ppl getting served all around us ppl that had sat down after us mind u, it took around another 30mins for the food to even come out. I would suggest if u want try defiently do takeaway and ring in advance.

I personally think they need to get an understanding of how to run a shop as the bathrooms were so bad I preferred to wait and risk the chance of wetting myself while going home then use the toliets... plus the wash sink had food all around it that looked like it had been sitting there all week.
